That child develops attachment to it, and runs very hard in order to seek desires. The face does not transfer there, because the face is never found in the image. Just as those ignorant people generate desires, all phenomena should be understood in the same way. It is said that when the image of a face appears in a mirror or the like, the face itself does not transfer and move there, and the image is not produced from somewhere other than the face. Taking this as an example, it should be understood as before. Although the going and coming that was prohibited in the previous scriptures was the prohibition of going and coming by lifting and lowering the feet, that was only a representation, so the meaning of prohibiting going and coming for all conditioned phenomena should also be understood through these reasons. The scriptures were quoted in order to understand this meaning. In the Samadhiraja Sutra, it is also said: At that time, the sinless one, endowed with the ten powers, the Victorious One, expounds this supreme samadhi. The cycle of existence is like a dream, in which no one is born and no one dies. Sentient beings, people, and life cannot be found, these phenomena are like bubbles and trees on the water. Like magic, like lightning in the sky, like the moon in the water and a mirage. Although some people die in this world, they do not transfer and go to other worlds. It is said that this prohibits the nature of sentient beings coming here from the previous world and going from here to the other shore, because they cannot be found even if they are sought. At that time, since there is no creator and no enjoyer of the results, is it not possible to establish the law of karma and its results? In order to dispel this thought, (the sutra says:) The deeds that have been done will never be wasted, and in samsara the fruits of black and white will ripen. It is not permanent, nor will it be annihilated, there is no accumulated karma, and there is no place to stay. That is also not touched after it is done, nor is it that others do and one feels. There is no transfer, and there is no return, everything is not existent, and it is not non-existent. Here there is no pure seeing, abiding, or entering. It is said that the deeds that have been done are explained by samsara. Since there is no stay until the fruit is produced, permanence is prevented. That is also to say that doing will not be wasted, thereby preventing annihilation. What is done by others is to prevent encountering what has not been done. There is no return, which means that after the fruit has been produced, it will not be produced again. Not by nature

Because it is established and exists in name, it is neither existent nor non-existent. Entering the place of observing the extremes of existence and non-existence in this world is not purification, that is, liberation. It is also said in the Sutra of the Jewel Heap: 'Where do you come from, O venerable ones, and where do you go?' They replied, 'Venerable Subhuti, the Blessed One has taught the Dharma because there is nowhere to go and nowhere to come from.' Thus it is said. Therefore, the reasoning of this treatise, like all the scriptures that show that there is no coming and going for persons and dharmas, is the eye of view. Therefore, one must first become proficient in this reasoning, and then use it to explain the meaning of all those scriptures. Thirdly, one must clearly recognize the clinging to the belief that the agent, the place to go, and the act of going there are not merely established as existing by virtue of names, but that they exist there by virtue of their own nature. Then, when searching for whether it exists as it is clung to, one must ascertain how the previously stated reasonings harm such existence from many aspects. That is, examining in various ways and refuting with reasoning is for the purpose of making people realize that any establishment of agent and action is unreasonable for things that exist by their own nature, and not for the purpose of showing that there is no coming and going, etc. When one realizes this, the mind that previously thought that all the terms of coming and going, etc., were acting on things that exist by their own nature will shift, and one must be convinced that only things that are empty of their own nature can reasonably perform these actions. As the Clear Words says: 'By the agent and the action, the remaining things should be known.' That is, it should be known that the self-existence of the goer and the going is negated, and that they are established only in dependence on each other. This is also the meaning of the verse: 'The goer depends on the going, and the going also depends on the goer; apart from this, no cause for establishment is seen.' First, for the gross coming and going that appears, and then for coming here from the previous world and going from here to other worlds, etc., one must also compare them to determine the reason for no self-nature. Then, in terms of Dharma
