The fruit that has not been obtained will be obtained later; the suffering that has not been exhausted before will be exhausted later; and all the actions and defilements that have not been abandoned before will not be abandoned later. Therefore, all the terms of transcendence are also unreasonable. Fourth, because if one asserts that things are established by their own nature, then all establishments are unreasonable. Therefore, any yogi who sees emptiness as having the characteristic of dependent origination sees the reality of the four noble truths, namely suffering, origin, cessation, and path. As it is said in the Sutra of the Example of the Holy Contemplation: "Lord, how should I train in the four noble truths?" The Lord said: "Manjushri, whoever sees all conditioned things as unborn, knows suffering completely. Whoever sees all phenomena as without arising, has abandoned the origin. Whoever sees all phenomena as completely extinguished, has realized cessation. Whoever sees all phenomena as extremely unborn, has cultivated the path. Manjushri, whoever sees the four noble truths in this way does not think, 'These phenomena are virtuous, these phenomena are non-virtuous, these phenomena should be abandoned, these phenomena should be realized.' One should completely know suffering, abandon the origin, realize cessation, and cultivate the path." One does not discriminate, nor does one make various discriminations. This is because one has not seen the phenomena that should be examined. When ordinary beings realize those phenomena, they become attached, become hateful, and become deluded. They neither take nor abandon any phenomena. Those who neither take nor abandon in this way do not become attached to the three realms. They see all three realms as unborn, like illusions, like dreams, and like echoes. By seeing the nature of all phenomena in this way, one becomes free from attachment and anger towards all sentient beings. Why is that? Because they are attached and angry towards what

Because the Dharma is not perceived. Therefore, the mind is equal to space, so even the Buddha cannot be truly seen. The Dharma also cannot be truly seen, the Sangha also cannot be truly seen, and because all dharmas are seen as emptiness, no doubt arises about any dharma. Because there is no doubt, there will be no clinging. Because there is no clinging, there is no grasping, and thus complete liberation from suffering. Thus it is said. Secondly, when the Madhyamaka school shows that there is not even a little bit of inherent existence in the dharmas of samsara and nirvana, the opponent argues that according to that system, no designation of worldly and transcendental can be made. The answer to this is that, after detailed analysis, there is not even a particle of tolerance for analysis by the reasoning that refutes in that way. Therefore, in other systems, there is the fault that no designation of this is and this is not can be made. Moreover, not only does one's own system not have those faults, but all designations

The cessation of only the abandoned aggregates remaining, as it says in the Sutra Pitaka: With an unyielding mind, when one accepts feelings, that mind is liberated, like a lamp extinguished. Secondly, like destroying a village after killing all the robbers, not only are all afflictions abandoned, but also the cessation of being separated from the remainder of the grasping aggregates, as it says in the Sutra Pitaka: Where the body is destroyed, consciousness ceases, all feelings are separated, actions are near to peace, and consciousness is extinguished. If all these inner and outer dharmas are empty because they are established by their own nature, then there is no arising, that is, no birth and death at all. Then what afflictions are abandoned, that is, have been abandoned, and what grasping aggregates are ceased, so that one enters nirvana through the two gates of nirvana? It is not reasonable to think so, because the aggregates and afflictions are not established by their own nature. Therefore, things are considered to exist by their own nature. The second has four parts: in the aspect of things being established by their own nature, nirvana is not reasonable; identifying nirvana according to one's own system; refuting other ways of speaking about it; and eliminating the contradiction with the scriptures in such refutation. The first is: if all these inner and outer dharmas exist by their own nature and are not empty, then for things established by their own nature, there is no new arising that did not exist before, and no new destruction of what existed before, so what afflictions and aggregates are abandoned and ceased, so that one enters nirvana? It is not reasonable, because afflictions and aggregates that exist by their own nature will not change, because such a nature has no change. The second is: those who speak of emptiness do not think of nirvana as the afflictions and aggregates being established by their own nature and then changing later, so there is no arising and ceasing, so there is no fault of nirvana being unreasonable. Then, what characteristics do they think nirvana has? That is, like attachment, etc., it is abandoned, like the fruit of a renunciate, it is attained, like the grasping aggregates, etc., it is annihilation, like non-emptiness, it is permanent, these four are not established by their own nature, and there is no cessation and arising of their own nature, all elaborations are
