The greatness of the arising of the untainted Suchness wisdom. The Suchness is realized by oneself in a way that no appearance of elaboration is seen, and such is the Suchness. Therefore, just as one with the illusion of falling hair does not realize the absence of falling hair in the way that it appears, but does not fail to realize the meaning of emptiness of falling hair. Similarly, ordinary beings, although they do not realize Suchness in the way that dualistic appearances are reversed, do not fail to realize the ultimate truth of emptiness because it exists by its very nature. Secondly, peace is the absence of inherent nature, like not seeing falling hair without cataracts. Therefore, the elaboration that expands meanings, the non-elaboration of speech, that is, the unspoken, is the third. Fourth, non-conceptualization is that conceptualization is the movement of the mind, and when Suchness is manifest, it is separated from it. The sutra says: What is the ultimate truth? What need is there to mention letters if there is no movement of the mind? So it is said. Fifth, the absence of different meanings is that one dharma is the same in ultimate truth as all other dharmas, so there is no separate meaning in ultimate truth. In Entering the Two Truths it says: Manjushri, what is true union? Manjushri said: Son of the gods, in ultimate truth, where Suchness, the Dharmadhatu, and the unborn are the same, in ultimate truth, the uninterrupted ones are also the same. So it is said extensively. Thus, these five meanings are the characteristics of Suchness, and it should also be understood that the former are explained by the latter. The second is: The result that arises depending on what cause is not, for the time being, one with that cause in its own nature, because all that is produced and that produces would become one. Therefore, the cause itself is not the permanence of transforming into the result. Also, the result that arises depending on what cause is not different from that cause in its own nature, because if it were different, it would contradict dependence on the cause, and therefore it would also arise without a cause. Therefore, the continuity of the cause is not cut off by the gate of the result not arising from the cause. This

If so, by the reasoning of dependent origination, the result is neither one nor different in nature from the cause. For that reason, it is established that the cause is free from the two faults of permanence and annihilation. It should be understood that this is also the way to avoid both oneness and otherness, permanence and annihilation, which are established by nature for all things that are established in reliance, which are not cause and effect. Fifth, the teachings of the Buddhas who save the world and become the refuge and protector of the helpless, the nectar of the sacred Dharma that completely cuts off old age and death, are: As mentioned before, all phenomena that arise in dependence and are established in dependence are neither identical in essence nor different in meaning, nor are they annihilation or permanence. This clarifies the profound ultimate truth, so that nectar should be accomplished with great effort. For those who diligently enter into the order of hearing, thinking, and meditating on the ultimate nectar of the Dharma of the Hearers, by closely practicing the nectar of the three trainings of morality, concentration, and wisdom, they will surely attain the cessation of old age and death, Nirvana. If one hears the nectar of the Dharma, but does not attain liberation in this life because the roots of virtue have not yet matured, then in the next life, due to the power of previous causes, it will surely be accomplished. As it is said in the Hundred Treatises: "If one knows this, even if one does not attain Nirvana in this life, one will surely attain it effortlessly in the next life, like karma." If in the next life (Pages 401 to 500) one encounters the conditions of those who practice suchness, it may be so, but there is no certainty of encountering such conditions, so it is not certain that one will attain Nirvana in the next life. If one also thinks that even if the Buddhas who perfect the cause of awakening do not come into the world in the next life, and the Hearers have also perished, the wisdom of the Solitary Buddhas will increase greatly merely by not being disturbed and practicing, or by not seeking the practice of a virtuous friend, so one will surely attain Nirvana. These are the ways in which it becomes of great importance to those of the Lesser Vehicle lineage. For those of the Great Vehicle, this path can serve as the eye of other paths, leading them to the city of liberation, and after passing through
