Since it is acknowledged that the illusion that appears at a distance does not exist as it appears, external objects do not exist, and since it has been previously denied that the appearance of forms, etc., is consciousness, it is not consciousness either. If this is the case, it becomes something other than consciousness. Even if the appearance of forms, etc., is disturbed, it is because the essence of consciousness is not disturbed. If this is admitted, then when the mind is separated from the appearance of both the grasper and the grasped, all sentient beings will become Tathagatas and will be liberated effortlessly. Because all sentient beings are separated from the appearance of both the grasper and the grasped. If this is admitted, then in order to attain omniscience, what merit or necessity is there in analyzing emptiness in terms of mind-only, where the grasper and the grasped are different in entity but empty? There is no necessity at all. Because this is admitted. Third, in order to avoid the fault that the path of realizing emptiness is also unnecessary and ineffective for Madhyamaka, it is divided into debate and answer. The first is: Even if you have determined that all phenomena are like illusions, without inherent existence, and understand it in this way, if this cannot eliminate afflictions, etc., then the determination is just in vain. If you think it is necessary, then how can it prevent afflictions? It is impossible to prevent. When a magician, even if he himself understands that the woman he conjures is empty, just like an external woman, he will still think, 'If only this conjured woman could be enjoyed,' and thus generate attachment. Your emptiness is just the initial conceptualization arising from hearing and thinking. The second is: to explain the reason why the magician generates attachment, and that it is reasonable to eliminate afflictions and their habits through familiarizing oneself with the wisdom of realizing emptiness, and to explain that the perfect result of eliminating afflictions will arise. The first is: The magician, the one who creates the illusion, has not eliminated even a little bit of the afflictive habits, i.e., the clinging to reality, towards the object of knowledge, i.e., the conjured woman, and clings to it as real. Therefore, when he sees her, because his habit of realizing emptiness is very weak, afflictions will arise. Those previous people's realization that the conjured woman is empty is just a partial emptiness, so it cannot eliminate afflictions. Realizing the emptiness that pervades everything

It is unreasonable to answer, "It is abandoned by that." Understanding that an illusory woman is empty of woman is not understanding a temporary emptiness that relies on a subtle object of negation. Because if one understands the entity of the object of negation and understands that it does not exist on the same thing, then one can also understand other things, which can be known from other discussions. Therefore, in general, for illusions, such as non-conceptual illusions, like seeing hairs falling due to blurred vision, even if one understands in the mind that there are no hairs falling, the illusion will not disappear, and to eliminate the illusion, one must find a way to eliminate the blurred vision. For conceptual illusions, such as mistaking a speckled rope for a snake due to a sudden cause, the illusion can be eliminated simply by recognizing it as a rope, and it is not necessary to cultivate that understanding for a long time to eliminate the illusion. The clinging to reality in the continuum of all beings has been extremely familiar with the continuum since beginningless time, and has gone as if dyeing the continuum with dye, so how can even the gross manifestation, let alone its seed, be eliminated simply by realizing that there is no truth? Not only that, but even if one directly realizes emptiness, one can only abandon the seeds of the afflictions that are conceptually imputed, but not the innate ones. Therefore, there are many discussions of the paths, such as the path of meditation that is practiced for a long time in a remote place. For the realization of emptiness, it is also promised that the cessation of afflictions will ultimately arise, and it is satisfied with that, and it is not promised or necessary to abandon it immediately upon realizing emptiness. This is a brief answer. The magician creates the illusory woman because the object is the knowable, that is, the illusory woman, and she has the habit of afflictions, that is, she has not abandoned the clinging to reality and clings to it as real, therefore, when she sees that the illusory woman is empty of woman, her habit of emptiness becomes weak, because it does not have the power to harm the clinging to reality, because there is no contradiction with the way of clinging. The so-called habit of afflictions refers to what is done to the clinging to reality and its seed, and what is done to the obscuration of knowledge, but here it refers to the former. Second, it is divided into a general explanation and a detailed explanation. First, the habit of emptiness, the habituation of emptiness, that is, recognizing that things are empty of their own nature, can eliminate the habit of clinging to things as real, and one will think that there is nothing.
