Three (parts). Explaining the difference in negating self-nature in persons and dharmas, and based on that, demonstrating the unique way of interpreting the intention of the noble ones, and refuting the contradictions between this way and the Sutras. The first part has two: Explaining that the negation of self-nature established by its own characteristics is a difference, and identifying the object to be negated and then explaining how it does not exist. The first part is: Although Lekden pointed out many faults in the commentary on the Root Wisdom Sutra by the teacher Buddhapālita, he did not criticize it from the perspective of the disagreement between the two selflessnesses. Chenrezig Shantaraksita also said: "In conventional terms, the interdependent origination of inner and outer can function like an illusion, and knowing that there is no self-nature in ultimate terms is the way that the noble father and sons, Lekden, Buddhapālita, and others who speak of the Middle Way have taught the perfection of wisdom." It is explained that the two teachers are similar in that they exist as illusions in conventional terms and have no self-nature in ultimate terms. Yeshe Nyingpo, Zhiwa Tso, Kamalashila, and others also did not explain that there is a difference in selflessness between the systems of Buddhapālita and Chandrakirti and their own systems. Chandrakirti considered that Buddhapālita explained the intention of the noble ones as it is, so there is no difference between him and himself in the way of establishing ultimate and conventional truths. He explained that his own system is different from that explained by other Madhyamikas, as it says in the Commentary on the Introduction: "Just as other treatises do not correctly explain the dharma of emptiness as do the Madhyamika treatises, so too, the system that we have explained here with refutations and answers is not found in other treatises like the dharma of emptiness. Therefore, scholars, please be sure to understand." Therefore, some say that the view of the Sutra school is the ultimate truth, and the Madhyamika school considers it to be the conventional truth. This statement is only made by those who do not understand the true meaning of the Madhyamika treatises. It should be understood in this way. " It is said in this way, and it is also said in this way about the view of the Vaibhashika school.

Therefore, the Dharma of the Aryas should not be the same as the mundane Dharma, because this system is unique, and the wise should be certain of this. The reason why the Svatantrika-Madhyamaka system is not common with other systems is that what the two-truth proponents say is the ultimate truth, the Svatantrika considers it to be the conventional truth of Madhyamaka, so the reason for not understanding the Suchness of Madhyamaka is that the Svatantrika does not admit dharmas established by their own characteristics even in name, and these are all established on top of that. If either of the two truths is damaged, the other will also be damaged, so the Dharma of the Aryas, which has not deviated from the path of the two truths, should not be the same as the mundane Dharma, which has deviated from the path of the two truths, in either of the two truths, so this system of the Aryas is not common with the schools that assert reality, not only in the ultimate truth, but also in the conventional truth. In the Auto-commentary on the Two Truths, it says: What others consider to be the ultimate, that is the conventional for others; what others consider to be butter, they also consider to be a woman. Although the commentary says that the quoted passage is from Nagarjuna, it is actually not, but is known by the Commentary on the Entrance to the Middle Way. The statement that the author of the commentary is Shantarakshita is also just a homonym or a borrowed name, and is not the one who wrote the Ornament of the Middle Way, etc., because he has forbidden explaining the necessity of writing treatises in the commentary on the Compendium on the Reality of Valid Cognition, and saying that the apprehended and the apprehender do not exist as they appear contradicts direct perception and is also harmed by fame, so the Auto-commentary on the Two Truths explains that it is reasonable to interpret the meaning of retaining the original words. Furthermore, the Commentary on the Entrance to the Middle Way says: Since there is no birth in the ultimate truth, it is necessary to negate birth from self and other, however, the forms and feelings, etc., that are the objects of perception and inference, will undoubtedly arise from others. If you do not think so, then why speak of two truths? It will only become one truth. Therefore, there is indeed birth from others. This is said because the cause and effect established by their own characteristics were previously negated, and it was negated in the ultimate truth.
