It should be refuted, and the disputes of the Shravaka schools become the place of speaking. This is what Wen Ci said. The meaning of the sutra is that the first is supreme, because there are other definitive meanings above it. The second is that, for how this meaning is shown, there are faults of other opponents in accepting it. On this, the Chinese commentary also translates as "together with the opponent," and the meaning is like that. The third is that this meaning must be led to other places. The fourth is that because the meaning is shown to be like this, but it is not clearly distinguished, there is a dispute in meaning due to inconsistency. In the second turning of the wheel of Dharma, from "all dharmas" to "saying," it is from where the content to be said begins. The so-called "vehicle," etc., is the disciple for whom it is turned. Regarding the meaning of "in the form of proclaiming emptiness," some commentaries explain it as showing the selflessness of phenomena. The Chinese commentary also says, "In an inconspicuous way," and its meaning is to hide existence. It is good to translate it like that, and the meaning is that the latter two wheels of Dharma, the content to be said, all start from non-self-nature and proclaim similarly, but the difference in the way of proclaiming is that the middle wheel of Dharma does not distinguish between self-nature existence or non-existence beforehand, so it is said to be "in an inconspicuous way," while the last wheel of Dharma distinguishes it, so it is said to be "well distinguished." The Tripitaka Wen Ci did not explain the supreme, etc., from the perspective of the third wheel of Dharma. Although the Indian Khenpo wrote the true statement, it was not written because it did not look good, and his own view is the same as before. The content of the third wheel of Dharma is similar to that of the middle wheel of Dharma, and the disciple is truly entering all vehicles, the first two wheels of Dharma are different for the Mahayana and Hinayana respectively, and this wheel of Dharma takes both into account. Well distinguished is as previously said, for each of the phenomena such as form, it is divided into three characteristics, and for this, it is divided into three ways of non-self-nature. The near-pointing word "this turning of the wheel of Dharma" refers to the wheel of Dharma of well distinguished that was just mentioned, that is, the 《Saṃdhinirmocana Sūtra》 and the wheels of Dharma that are distinguished like that, not the sutras that are proclaimed at the end but do not distinguish self-nature existence or non-existence in this way. The greatness of that wheel of Dharma is supreme.

It is shown by non-existence, etc. This is extremely rare and there is nothing more superior than it, so it is unsurpassed. Later, there is no time to become more superior and no time to be destroyed, so it is timeless. The presence and absence are completely shown, so it is definitive meaning. It is not the basis for arguing and debating. Wen Ci said that, except for the former of timeless, the meaning of unsurpassed, etc. that I said before is the opposite, and the meaning is the same. The literal meaning of the first two sutras has the possibility of error, but this one does not, because the reason is whether the literal meaning needs to be guided from that meaning or not. The presence or absence of debate is because the meaning of the sutra shows the presence or absence of the essence. If the wise examine whether it is determined in that way or not, for the place where there is no debate, it shows that there is no other debate. The second is that the first turning of the wheel like that is the Four Noble Truths wheel, the second turning of the wheel is signless, and the third turning of the wheel is the ultimate definitive wheel, which is said from the Chinese commentary. If according to the words of this sutra itself, the third turning of the wheel should be called the wheel of separation. Among them, the way this sutra establishes the provisional and definitive is the two ways of being good at distinguishing and not being good at distinguishing. The basis for establishing the definitive and provisional is that, for all dharmas, the nature of being established by one's own characteristics is said together with existence, and said together with non-existence, and the three kinds of being good at distinguishing existence and non-existence. In the sutra, there are questions and answers to eliminate contradictions, and after classifying each dharma into three natures, considering that, asking about the way to explain non-self-nature, relying on those, asking about the provisional and definitive of the three wheels spoken in the previous and later periods, it is very clear. Therefore, at the beginning, based on the Four Noble Truths, the first turning of the wheel that speaks of one's own nature as existing, etc., is shown as definitive meaning, not for all the scriptures spoken in the initial period. For example, at the beginning, in Varanasi (瓦拉纳西), the five monks should be distributed round skirts. Like this, the teachings are spoken, and there is no need to eliminate doubts here. Similarly, the second turning of the wheel also speaks of non-self-nature, etc., although it is spoken in the second time, but the nature
