The establishment that is established in this way is to prevent the mind from being confused about the appearing object and the object of attachment, or to prevent it from being confused about the object. Therefore, it is only a matter of making a conclusion about things, how can it be like the mind has not been established? In this way, the meaning of obtaining that the consciousness relies on its own characteristics and does not confuse is established as the correct establishment of what is to be known, therefore, even if what is to be known is wrong, how can it be said that a conclusion has been made about things and the mind has not been established? These are the ways in which the opponents who believe that all things exist by their own nature are established by valid cognition, not their own tenets. Therefore, according to those who follow the Sautrantika school, the object of knowledge that is the nature of the eye and so on is correct, and even if it is obtained by the consciousness not being confused in that way, it does not need to be established by distinguishing it with any name and meaning that establishes the two truths. It is enough to examine whether it exists in the ultimate sense by taking that difference as the basis, so how can the fault of examining the difference between the two truths be established for those who hold it as a common nature? Chandrakirti thinks that such a thing has become self-existent, and that itself is the meaning of existing in the ultimate sense, therefore, thinking how can there be a nature that takes that as the basis of difference, he prevents the holding of the common nature that abandons the difference. If you understand these key points, the Svatantrika will say: Although appearances are similar, they have functions, because of ability and inability, real and unreal, the conventional is distinguished. Furthermore, the object-possessor is not divided into two types, correct and incorrect, the Prasangika establishes correct and incorrect, both object and object-possessor, in dependence on the world, but the reasons why it is not established in one's own system will be known. If, for conceptual and non-conceptual, like the appearance of self-characteristics, the nature is established by the non-existent mistaken consciousness, then the meaning of the self-nature that is to be established has already been established, therefore, why should it be established, how can it become an external opponent? Therefore, the fault of the nature not being established still remains. If it is said that the meaning obtained by confusion and the object of knowledge not being reversed are contradictory, then the meaning obtained by the subsequent inference of reason and the ultimate truth will also be contradictory, because it is not desired to obtain only by the consciousness being reversed, so if it is necessary to obtain by the consciousness that is not confused about the self-nature, then all conventions will also become like that, because that.

In order to measure the omniscient wisdom of the Tathagatas, and to cut off the unreal attainment with the word "merely," if someone asks. The first fault is not there, because although the intellectual after-attainment is a deluded consciousness that deludes the object of appearance, this does not prevent the attainment with deluded consciousness from being something not attained by deluded consciousness. Just as it is not contradictory to attain the conch sound that is both sound and false, but not to attain the false conch sound. If one looks at the place where the definite object of "merely" is combined, such doubts may arise, but the speaker's intention is how it exists, the thinker who contemplates wants to negate the attainment, so he said "merely," not to prevent the attainment with the knowledge that is not deluded. As the Clear Words says, "What is the use of including the quiet contemplation in the worldly vernacular? We also say that, merely through the inverted conventional, one can attain the existence of my self-nature." Therefore, even if the view that the Dharma as the basis is established only on that has degenerated, other explanations and this way of explaining are not consistent, but the tenets of preventing self-continuum are not inconsistent. They have negated the meaning, and now they will negate the example. When Buddhists argue to the Vaisheshikas that sound is impermanent, even if according to both views, the qualities of the four great elements and space are not established as Dharma by the means of measuring them, there is something that can be indicated, that is, wherever it becomes a means, it is merely the meaning of sound. For those who argue that eyes etc. are not born from the self, those who say that self-nature is empty and those who say that self-nature is not empty, neither of them can measure the existence of self-nature and the non-establishment of self-nature, but because they cannot indicate each other, such Dharmas are measured, so they are different. To this, the Svātantrikas such as Lekden say that even if there is no mutual indication of the generalities that have abandoned such differences, one cannot argue that one can take the generalities that have not been distinguished by true existence and real existence as Dharma, because if self-nature exists, that is the meaning of real existence. Therefore, since the key to the inconsistency in the degree of the object of negation is what caused this, when arguing that sound is impermanent, the difference distinguished by these two views has not been established.
