I think it is like this, all the wisdom arising from correct hearing, thinking, and meditation, because it is a non-inverted object, is called the ultimate truth, because this is the reason for the ultimate truth. As it is said. In terms of reason, there is the non-conceptual samadhi wisdom that transcends the two, and the conceptual reasoning that measures Suchness based on signs, and so on. In the "Light of Reasoning," regarding the ultimate truth, the intention of explaining the two wisdoms, non-conceptual wisdom and the wisdom that accords with it, and the two explanations of the ultimate truth in the "Madhyamaka Light," these two intentions are the same. Explaining the two ultimate truths is not directed at the subject, but only at the object's ultimate truth, which is not the intention of the treatise. The first of these is that entering Suchness can simultaneously cut off the elaborations of truth and dualistic appearance in its own object, so it is the actual ultimate truth, which is also the meaning of "transcending all elaborations." The second is that although it can prevent the elaborations of truth in its own object, it cannot cut off the elaborations of dualistic appearance, so it is the ultimate truth that transcends the world, the ultimate truth that accords with the form. Regarding the ultimate truth of the object that prevents the ultimate truth of form, etc., from arising, two methods must also be explained. For this, the emptiness of the object, in the face of non-conceptual reasoning, is the actual ultimate truth that is free from both elaborations; in the face of conceptual reasoning, because it is only free from one aspect of elaboration, it is not the actual ultimate truth that is free from both elaborations. But in general, it is not said that it is not the actual ultimate truth. Therefore, unless one is free from all elaborations of dualistic appearance in the face of some wisdom, it is impossible to be free from all elaborations of appearance, so if the ultimate truth is true, it must be free from all elaborations of dualistic appearance, which is not the intention of the treatise. Therefore, because illusion is established through reasoning, the meaning established by reasoning and inference, such as the aggregation of the basis aggregates and the appearance of true emptiness, is considered the ultimate truth, which would become a similar ultimate truth, not the ultimate truth. The appearance of the true one and many being used to establish the appearance of non-inherent existence of sprouts, etc., for a realized person who is hesitant about whether the basis exists truly,

Like this, practicing is meaningless. For cutting off doubts, that as a sign will not become a true sign. From the Madhyamaka Aloka, it is said that the sign of being separate from one and many, both dharmas are only distinctions. Saying that it is neither one nor many, and that both do not exist, whichever is taken as a sign is fine. This is not directed at non-affirming negation, but can be understood from its own examples. Therefore, the views of Abbot Shantarakshita and his sons, and Abbot Simhabhadra are definitely not like this. For appearance, if the elaborations to be refuted are distinguished, there will be two types: distinction and complete cutting off. Believing that the latter is only the meaning measured by inference is the ultimate truth, no great Madhyamika believes that. In this way, one should also understand in detail the explanation of the classification of these in the extensive Lamrim. Following the explanation of the ultimate truth that agrees with the negation of arising, etc., in the Two Truths Self-Commentary, it says: Others hold only to what is true, therefore the word "also" is جمع (Arabic, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning: collection). If analyzed by reason, that is only conventional. Why? Because there is no object to be negated. In reality, the unnegated is clear. Here, it says that other Cittamatrins believe that the emptiness of negation, which negates the self of phenomena on the basis of what is to be negated, is established as true. But the self-system believes that because there is no self of phenomena to be negated, the negation of negating it is not established as true. Therefore, saying that the negation of arising, etc., in the ultimate truth is explained as conventional, means that it exists in the conventional, not that it shows it to be conventional. Also, in that same text, it says: In reality, things like arising do not appear when appearing, just like false conventions. In reality, the negation of arising, etc., will also become false conventions, because that object to be negated does not appear when appearing. As a response to the above, it is not that it does not appear, because it is not different from the nature of things. Here, it is said that just as blue appears, its emptiness of truth also appears. This does not mean that the distinction of negating what truly exists only appears to eye consciousness, etc., but refers to non-affirming negation. Like that, even if it is the nature of conventional, it does not contradict that emptiness of merely cutting off truth is true in the ultimate truth. In the Madhyamakalankara, it says that the negation of arising, etc., in the ultimate truth, although belonging to true conventional, is explained there because it conforms to the ultimate truth. The ultimate truth is without the elaborations of things like existence and non-existence.
