Please remain here. The dedication branch is: prostrations, etc., this is one verse. Representing the merits of the previous six branches, all the roots of virtue are shared with all sentient beings, and with a strong aspiration, they are dedicated to the cause of perfect enlightenment, so that they will never be exhausted. Therefore, understand the meaning of these words, do not be distracted, and slowly do as instructed, then you will accumulate immeasurable merit. In this way, prostration, offering, exhortation, supplication, and rejoicing are the five accumulations of merit, confession is the purification of obscurations, and one aspect of rejoicing, cultivating joy in one's own virtue, is increasing virtue, and dedication is to increase the accumulated, purified, and increased virtues, even if they are few, into many, and also to make those virtues that are temporarily taken out of fruit and exhausted, never exhausted. In short, it is the three of accumulating, purifying, increasing, and making it inexhaustible. After that, visualize clearly, offer the mandala, and pray that all inverted thoughts such as disrespect for the spiritual friend will be cut off, and all non-inverted thoughts such as respect for the spiritual friend will arise easily, and all internal and external obstacles will be pacified. Please bless! Pray many times with strong aspiration. The second part is divided into two points: the general way of practice and the way of practice at this time. The first point is: practicing the stages of the path as will be explained is for the sake of being able to use the objects of virtue as one pleases. That is to say, if one focuses on the object casually, then one cannot give up as one wants, how many objects of virtue one wants, and how the order is arranged, because one loses control from the beginning, which will lead to a lifetime of virtuous deeds becoming flawed. Therefore, first determine the number and order of the objects to be practiced. Then, make a strong determination not to change what has been determined, and with a strong intention, practice with mindfulness and awareness without increasing or decreasing what has been determined. The second point is: first think about the benefits of relying on and the faults of not relying on. Then make a determination never to give rise to the mind of observing the guru's faults.

And one should greatly guard vows, contemplating the qualities of discipline and samadhi, etc., whatever one has realized, until faith with the aspect of purity arises, one should meditate. Then, regarding the kindness of those who have benefited oneself and will benefit oneself, contemplate as quoted from the sutras before, until respect arises from the depths of one's heart, one should meditate. Third, one should dedicate the accumulated virtues with strong aspiration to the temporary and ultimate objects of aspiration through the "Bhadra-caryā-praṇidhāna" (The Practices and Vows of Samantabhadra) and the "Seventy Prayers," etc. In this way, one should meditate in four sessions: dawn, morning, afternoon, and dusk. Moreover, at first, if the duration is long, it is easy to be influenced by sinking and excitement, and if one becomes accustomed to that, it is difficult to tame the mind, so one should make the sessions short and numerous. If one interrupts when one wants to continue meditating, then one will want to enter the next session as well. Otherwise, it is like someone saying that when they see the bed, they feel nauseous. Once it has become somewhat stable, then lengthen the sessions. In all of these, one should avoid the faults of being too tight and too loose in the application, so that obstacles are few and excessive fatigue and sinking, etc., are pacified. Second, in general, there are many such as prostrations, circumambulations, and recitations, but the main thing is to strive for the essence of the session. If, at the end of the session, one does not rely on mindfulness and awareness and lets the object and aspect of practice be uncontrolled, then the increase will be very small. Therefore, in between sessions, one should also look at the teachings that explain these things and remember them again and again. One should gather the conducive conditions for the arising of qualities from many sources, and one should also purify the obstacles and obscurations from many sources. The basis of all is to greatly guard the vows that have been taken. Furthermore, one should train in the four accumulations of causes for easily generating the path of śamatha and vipaśyanā, which are guarding the doors of the senses: after the six consciousnesses have arisen based on the objects and the senses, guarding the mind consciousness from generating attachment and aversion to the six pleasing and unpleasing objects. Acting with awareness: As it is said in the Bodhicaryāvatāra, "The state of body and mind, should be examined again and again. In short, that is the characteristic of guarding awareness." Therefore, regarding the activities of the body, etc.,
