Like what? Those fellows treat me like a slave, Residing in my mind, joyfully Causing harm to me. Not being angry at that, tolerating, This is not a place for tolerance, it is a place for rebuke. If gods and demigods, All stand against me as enemies, Those fellows also cannot Lead me into the flames of the Avici hell and throw me in. This powerful enemy of afflictions, If it encounters anyone, even Mount Meru, Will be reduced to ashes, Not even dust will remain, I will be abandoned there in an instant. My enemy of afflictions, Like the long, beginningless and endless time, Other enemies, Cannot endure as long as it. If one serves obediently, Everything will bring benefit and happiness, If one serves afflictions, In the end, it will only bring suffering and harm. One should contemplate the faults as stated. Gonpawa said: To abandon afflictions, one must know the faults, characteristics, antidotes, and causes of arising of afflictions. After understanding the faults, view them as faults, Regard them as enemies. If one does not understand the faults, one will not regard them as enemies. Think as it is said in the Ornament of the Sutras and the Engaging in Bodhisattva Behavior. The venerable one also said: To understand the characteristics of afflictions, one must also listen to the Abhidharma, At the very least, one must listen to the Analysis of the Five Aggregates, After recognizing the root and secondary afflictions, When any one of greed, hatred, etc., arises in the continuum, one must recognize, "This is it! It has appeared!" Recognize it in this way, This is fighting with afflictions. One should understand as it is said. The second (part) is divided into two: Identifying the actions to be accumulated, And how to accumulate them. The first part is: The action of mind is the mental event of intention, which moves and impels the objects of mind that are similar to itself and correspond to the mind, that is, the action of mind. Thinking is: The actions of body and speech that are instigated by that intention, Regarding this, dividing them into revealing and non-revealing actions, the Vaibhashikas assert that only form is action. But the teacher Vasubandhu refuted this view, Considering that the intention that occurs simultaneously with the revealing actions of body and speech is also action, Therefore, both actions are said to be mind. Among them, non-virtuous action is non-meritorious action, Meritorious action is virtuous action included in the desire realm. Immovable action is virtuous action with outflows included in the form and formless realms.
