Or, from the perspective of observation, it is not even acknowledged in conventional terms that it exists from its own nature, or from its own characteristics, or from its own essence. This has already been explained in detail elsewhere. Secondly, if the Buddha attains the ultimate truth with the wisdom that knows the suchness, as it says in the 'Entering the Middle Way': If it is not the case that such a nature is not seen, then how do they see it? Although it is true, it is said that they see it in a way that they do not see it. That is to say, they see nothing, but it is said that they see the reality. To prove this, the statement that the ultimate truth transcends the realm of the wisdom that knows all things is quoted, as well as the statement that the flow of mind and mental factors is completely cut off on the Buddha's ground, and if the Buddha does not see the aggregates, etc., then how is it not contradictory to say that he knows all things at the time of the ten powers? Seeing in a way that one does not see means that it is not that all objects are not seen, but that, due to the darkness of ignorance, if these objects of focus exist as reality, then the stainless samadhi wisdom of the noble ones must apprehend them. Therefore, it is shown that one sees their reality through not seeing anything, because if there is something to be refuted, it can be apprehended, rather than

If there are obstacles, it is like treating a specifiable target, rather than treating something invisible. There, what is visible is the sky, and what is invisible is the obstruction. Just like this example, it is not seeing the visible, but seeing Suchness as seeing blue, which is obstructed by the last two verses. It is said in the sutras that the five aggregates are not seen, which shows that in the state of stainless samadhi, in the realm of seeing Suchness, it is not seeing phenomena. In the "Entering the Two Truths," it says: "Sons of the gods! The ultimate truth is endowed with all excellence and transcends the realm of the wisdom of omniscience; it is not as it is said, 'It is the ultimate truth.'" When saying "It is the ultimate truth," it is said that it is not seen as the mind appears with the duality of object and subject separately, which is the source of the reversal of dualistic appearance, not the source of the Buddha not realizing the ultimate truth. The commentary on the "Entering the Middle Way" also says: "Because without touching fabricated things, he directly realizes the nature itself, therefore he comprehends that very nature, and thus he is called Buddha." This means that in the realm of the Buddha's wisdom that knows things as they are, without touching other-dependence, he only comprehends the nature of reality. The cessation of the movement of mind and mental factors means that when Suchness is directly realized, the movement of conceptual thought ceases, not that there is no mind and mental factors. In the "Clear Words," it says: "Conceptual thought is the movement of the mind, and because it is separated from it, Suchness is without conceptual thought." As it is said in the sutra: "What is the ultimate truth? That in which there is no movement of the mind, what need is there to mention letters?" This means that saying there is no movement of the mind refers to the absence of the movement of conceptual thought. This is not completely ceased during the samadhi of the noble learners, but is completely ceased at the time of Buddhahood, as stated in the commentary on the "Entering the Middle Way." Furthermore, the commentary on the "Entering the Middle Way" says: "If that nature did not exist, then the bodhisattvas' practice of austerities to realize it would be meaningless, therefore it needs to be established with valid reasoning. So, what is their nature? It is their unconditionedness and non-dependence on others."

It is the self-nature to be realized by the wisdom that is free from the darkness of ignorance. Who would say that it exists or does not exist? If it does not exist, then for what reason would Bodhisattvas cultivate the path of the perfections? Because Bodhisattvas strive in hundreds of thousands of hardships in order to realize that Dharma-nature! Thus it is said. As proof of this, (it is said in the sutra:) Noble son, if the ultimate truth did not exist, then the practice of pure conduct would be meaningless, and the appearance of the Tathagatas would be meaningless. Because the ultimate truth exists, therefore Bodhisattvas are called skilled in the ultimate truth. If the ultimate truth did not exist, then the practice of pure conduct for the sake of ultimate Nirvana would be meaningless, and sentient beings could not realize it. Therefore, in order for them to realize it, the Buddhas appearing in the world would be meaningless, and the great Bodhisattvas would not be skilled in the ultimate truth. Therefore, a sutra that proves the existence of the ultimate truth is quoted. According to this great scholar's view, the ultimate truth is not an object of knowledge, and claiming that there is no wisdom of realizing Suchness in the equipoise of the noble ones is simply a false statement. Furthermore, in the commentary on the *Entering the Middle Way*, it says: Therefore, it is established that Suchness is realized from imputation. In reality, it is not that someone knows something, because both the knower and the known are unborn. The first meaning of what is said is that establishing the realization of Suchness by separating wisdom and Suchness as object and subject is only established in the aspect of conventional consciousness. It means that it is not established in the aspect of that wisdom. What is said about the unbornness of wisdom refers to the meaning of being unborn by nature, like pouring water into water. Because mind and mental factors cannot enter the object of wisdom, it is said: Only the body manifests it directly. This means that the action to be manifested is Suchness, the wisdom of the object is the action of manifesting it, and the Sambhogakaya is the agent of manifesting it, that is, the knower. It manifests it.
