If filled, it will be very full. As it is said. Thus, in the Garland of Jewels, it is said: Whatever you remember of the past end of the body that you have wasted meaninglessly through desire, today practice asceticism to fully seek enlightenment, and here stop desire with asceticism. Whatever you remember of the past end of the body that you have wasted meaninglessly through desire, you have not pleased as many as the sands of the Ganges, nor have you heard such words from the Buddha. As it is said. No matter how much worldly perfection is attained, remember the deception and the immeasurable suffering that is meaningless, and that countless bodies have been wasted as before. If you do not strive now, think about how it will become like that, and generate renunciation. In front of (Tsongkhapa) said: From beginningless time, what kind of body has Jowo (Atisha) taken? Like this time, he has not practiced Mahayana Dharma, so he needs to be sad. Geshe Sangpuwa said: In this samsara, you need to be a beggar many times, and this has not yet fallen on your head. Until you have such an idea, you need to think, and after it arises, you must practice it regularly. The fault of repeatedly abandoning the body is: The pile of bones of each self, has already exceeded Mount Sumeru. As it is said. The bones that each sentient being has obtained and discarded, if they have not rotted, will be more than Mount Sumeru. The fault of connecting the continuum again and again is: The end of mothers, like mustard seeds, the number of mountain piles, cannot be counted with land. As it is said. It is meaningless to connect this (referring to the number of bones and mothers) to the number that has not been done by one sentient being before. Because the commentary on this quotes the sutra: O monks, for example, someone picks up a pile of dirt as small as a mustard seed from this earth, and then says: This is my mother, this is the mother of that mother of mine, if you abandon it like this, O monks, the mud of this earth will be used up first, but the lineage of people's mothers will not be like that. Because it appears that the lineage is passed down sequentially from one's own mother to that mother, etc., and the sutra also says the end of mothers. The reason why this becomes a cause of renunciation is, in the Four Hundred Verses, it says:

When a single fruit, the initial cause is not apparent, then even seeing just one, it will grow vast, what would one fear? Thus it is said. In its commentary it is also said: Therefore, one should always feel weary of the great wilderness of samsara, which is impossible to exhaust by ordinary reasoning and extremely difficult to traverse, and cultivate the corresponding proper attention. It should be understood as such. Furthermore, the fault of repeatedly experiencing ups and downs is: Indra, having become worthy of offering in the world, will also fall back to the earth due to karma. Even having become a universal monarch, one will again become a servant in samsara. Having long enjoyed the pleasure of touching the breasts and waists of heavenly women, one will later have to endure the suffering of grinding and cutting punishments in hell. Having long dwelt on the soft and comfortable summit of Mount Meru, one will later have to feel the unbearable pain of being poured with burning molten iron. Having frolicked and rejoiced with heavenly women, and indulged in beautiful gardens, one will later have one's hands, feet, ears, and nose cut off by the sword-like leaves of the trees. Having gently flowed with the heavenly daughters, with beautiful faces and holding golden lotuses, one will later have to enter the immeasurable, unbearably hot hot springs of hell. Having obtained the great pleasures of desire in the heavenly realms, and the pleasure of detachment like Brahma, one will later have to endure becoming fuel for the flames of Avici hell, with endless suffering. Having obtained the positions of the sun and moon, one's own light illuminating the entire world, one will later fall into a dark abyss, unable to even see one's outstretched hand. Thus it is said. The three punishments of grinding, etc., are located in the gathering, destroying, black line, and hot hells, respectively. Frolicking with heavenly women refers to being close to heavenly goddesses. Heavenly pleasures of desire refer to the desire gods above the Thirty-three. The light of the sun and moon refers to what is commonly said in the world without distinguishing between the support and the supported; if distinguished, it refers to the light of their respective palaces. These examples illustrate falling from high places to low places.
