Life is independent and harmonious. If you do not hold this as your own, you will fall into a cliff and be controlled by others. Who can save you then? As it is said in the "Entering the Path of Enlightenment," take each sentence and practice it. In this way, it is important to look at the ultimate, and also to look at the temporary. The cause of the perfect body, enjoyment, and retinue of higher realms, such as generosity, discipline, and patience, should also be considered as ways to easily accomplish this support. In this way, it is important to look at the higher realms and the definite goodness. If you do not work hard day and night for the cause of these two, it is like returning empty-handed from the treasure island. In the next life, you will be poor and happy, and you will not get a free body. If you do not get this, then the suffering will continue. Thinking that there is no one more deceived than this, the Holy Hero said: "Whoever is rich in virtue, after countless kalpas, here, because of ignorance, the treasure of merit is not accumulated, they will enter the unbearable sorrow room in the next world, like a merchant entering the treasure island, returning home empty-handed, without the path of the ten virtues, and will not get it in the next life. If you don't get the happiness of the human body, how can you get happiness and suffering? Therefore, there is no one more deceived than him, and no one is more ignorant than him." So it is said. At the end of such thinking, a great desire to take the essence also arises. As it is said in the "Entering the Path of Enlightenment": "After paying the wages here, now let it do its own thing. Do not give everything to this body for useless things." It also says: "Relying on the boat of the human body, escape from the river of great suffering. This boat is hard to get later, so don't sleep in ignorance." So it is said. It is also said in the teachings of Bodowa: "The worm rides on the salute, and eats the fish and weeds of the Yarlung Tsangpo River (Yarlung Tsangpo River)." Thinking like this, the desire to take the essence arises. Third, thinking about the extremely rare, such leisure, is said in the "Fundamental Theory of the Vinaya": "Those who die from the evil realms and are reborn there are like the dust of the earth, and those who are reborn in the good realms are like the dust taken from the tip of the fingernail."

It is said that dying from the two good destinies and going to the bad destinies is like the great earth, and then being born in the good destinies is like the dust taken by the tip of a fingernail, so it is difficult to obtain from both the good and bad destinies. If you wonder why it is so difficult to obtain just that, as it is said in the Four Hundred Verses: Most people hold on to what is not the true Dharma, therefore, most ordinary people will surely fall into the bad destinies. As it is said, even people in good destinies mostly hold on to what is not the true Dharma, that is, they hold on to the ten non-virtues, etc., so they also fall into the bad destinies. Furthermore, even a single moment of anger towards a Bodhisattva requires one to stay in hell for countless eons. What need is there to mention that the many sins accumulated in many lifetimes, whose fruits have not yet ripened and have not been destroyed by the antidote, will surely cause one to stay in the bad destinies for countless eons? Even so, if one can completely purify the causes of bad destinies accumulated in the past and close the door to creating new evil deeds, then obtaining good destinies is not difficult, but such people are extremely rare. If one does not do so, one will fall into the bad destinies, and once one falls into the bad destinies, one will not do good but will constantly do evil, so one will not even hear the name of good destinies for countless eons, so it is difficult to obtain. As it is said in the Bodhisattvacaryāvatāra: With such conduct as mine, I shall not even obtain a human body. If I do not obtain a human body, only sins will exist, when will there be a time to do good? When I have the opportunity to do good, but I have not done good deeds, in that dark suffering, what shall I do? If I do not do good deeds and accumulate sins, even if hundreds of millions of eons pass, I shall not hear the name of good destinies. Therefore, the Bhagavan said, it is as difficult as a blind turtle drifting in the great ocean getting its neck into the hole of a yoke, so it is very difficult to obtain a human body. If one stays in hell for an eon for a sin committed in a single moment, what need is there to mention that one will not go to good destinies with the sins accumulated in beginningless samsara? As it is said. If one thinks that when one experiences the suffering of bad destinies, the previous bad karma will be exhausted, and then one will be reborn in good destinies, so liberation is not difficult, then while experiencing the suffering, one will create new sins.
