已经显示了痛苦。劳累是为了食物而奔波。恐惧是看到手持刀剑、木杵和绳索的人而产生的恐惧。随处抛弃是随意抛弃。夜晚燃烧是夜晚时分口中喷火。燃烧的口中降下食物，是寻找任何在口中燃烧的食物，也就是吃。就像眼睛被剧毒烧灼一样，清凉甘甜的水流也会干涸。有些人看到的是燃烧的火焰中充满了炽热的煤炭。有些人则解释说，脓液的河流中充满了各种各样的虫子。在寄给弟子的信中也说：难以忍受的干渴，远远望见清澈的河流，想要饮用而去，结果却变成了头发、鱼鳞、脓血混合物，以及充满泥泞、血液和粪便的水。时而波涛汹涌，狂风大作，水花四溅，山顶变得凉爽，檀香树木在青翠的山坡上生长，然而在这里，却变成了森林燃烧，火焰炽热密集，许多燃烧的木块倒塌，变成充满坑洞的地方。从水库中涌出的波涛汹涌的恐怖浪潮中产生的泡沫，如果停留在那里，也会变成充满沙砾、红色粗糙的狂风呼啸的荒凉之地。如果想要在那里升起雨云，从云中降下的却是铁箭般的雨，伴随着烟雾和炽热的煤炭，以及发出嗖嗖声的金刚石般的冰雹，闪耀着金色光芒的闪电，像雨一样落在身上。被炎热所困扰的地方，暴风雪也会变得炽热，被寒风折磨的地方，火焰也会变得寒冷。由于极度难以忍受的业力完全成熟，导致心智迷乱，所以在这里，各种各样的事物都颠倒错乱地显现。针眼般大小的嘴巴，却有着无数由旬的食物。饥饿的人即使喝下大海的水，也无法填满宽阔的喉咙，反而会被口中的毒液将水滴也吸干。这些话也应该思考。寿命的长度是：在《根本论》和《宝藏论》中说，人类的一个月相当于饿鬼的一天，这样计算可以活到五百岁。在《亲友书》中说：不断遭受痛苦，行为不端所造的业

Suffering has been shown. Labor is running for food. Fear is the fear of seeing men holding swords, clubs, and ropes. Abandoning at will is abandoning at ease. Night burning is fire burning from the mouth at night. Falling on the burning mouth is seeking any food that burns in the mouth, that is, eating. Just as the eyes are burned by the poison of venom, even the cool, sweet streams of water will dry up. For some, it appears to be filled with burning embers in a burning fire. Others explain that the river of pus is filled with various kinds of worms. In the letter to the disciple, it is also said: Intolerable thirst, seeing a clear river from afar, wanting to drink and going, it turns into water filled with hair, fish scales, pus mixtures, mud, blood, and feces. Sometimes the waves are turbulent, the wind rises, the water scatters, the mountain peaks become cool, and sandalwood trees grow on the green slopes, but here, it turns into a forest fire, the flames are fierce and dense, and many burning blocks collapse, becoming places full of pits. The foam produced from the terrifying waves surging from the water reservoir, if it stays there, will turn into a desolate place filled with gravel, red, rough, howling red winds. If one wants to raise rain clouds there, what falls from the clouds is rain like iron arrows, accompanied by smoke and burning embers, and hailstones like vajras that make a swooshing sound, and lightning that shines with golden light, falling on the body like rain. In places plagued by heat, blizzards also become hot, and in places tormented by cold winds, flames also become cold. Because extremely unbearable karma is fully ripened, causing mental confusion, all kinds of things appear upside down here. A mouth the size of a needle's eye has countless yojanas of food. Even if a hungry person drinks the water of the great ocean, he cannot fill his wide throat, but the poison in his mouth will dry up even a drop of water. These words should also be contemplated. The length of life is: In the Root Treatise and the Treasury Treatise, it is said that one month of humans is equivalent to one day of pretas, and calculated in this way, one can live to five hundred years. In the Letter to a Friend, it is said: Constantly suffering, karma created by improper actions.
