All kinds of these are included in the path of the Great Vehicle of attaining Buddhahood. Therefore, all the scriptures are included as a component of the Great Vehicle path of attaining Buddhahood, because there is no word of the Buddha that does not eliminate a fault or generate a merit, and all of these must be practiced by the Great Vehicle. If entering the Great Vehicle of the Paramitas requires the paths taught in the Hinayana Tripitaka, then entering the Vajrayana does not require the same paths as the Paramita Vehicle, because the paths are not the same. If you say this, it is also very unreasonable, because the essence of the Paramita path is to generate the mind of Bodhicitta and to study the six Paramitas, which must be relied upon in all circumstances, as it is said in the glorious Vajrasekhara: "Even for the sake of life, one should not abandon the Bodhicitta." And, "The practice of the six perfections should never be abandoned." It is said, and others are also said many times in the tantric scriptures. When entering the mandala of Anuttarayoga, it is also said many times that one must take both common and uncommon vows, the former being the Bodhisattva vow itself, and taking the vow is to promise to study the Bodhisattva trainings including the three vows, just as one promises to study the trainings after generating the mind, because there is no other path in the Paramita Vehicle other than the trainings. And in the Vajradakini, Samputa, and Vajrasekhara, as in "Outer and secret three vehicles, completely uphold the sacred Dharma." As it is said when taking the vow of Amitabha, one must promise when taking the tantric vow. If one sees these subtle differences in what is allowed and prohibited, and thinks that they are completely contradictory like hot and cold, then that is a very crude idea. Thus, apart from some special allowances and prohibitions, the scriptures are very consistent, so like the three vehicles or the five paths, when entering a higher stage, one must have all the qualities of the lower vehicles and paths. The Paramita path is:

From the Mother of the Victorious Ones (Prajnaparamita), it is said: "The Buddhas of the past, future, and present all abide by this path; this is the path to the other shore, not another." As it is said. Therefore, the path to Buddhahood is like a pillar and should not be abandoned. This principle is also extensively taught in the Vajrayana, so it is the common path of both Sutra and Tantra. On top of this, adding the uncommon path of Secret Mantra, namely empowerment, vows, precepts, and the two stages of generation and completion with their retinues, Buddhahood is attained quickly. However, abandoning the common path is a great mistake. If such an understanding is not attained, one will develop seemingly certain understandings of each Dharma, thereby abandoning other Dharmas. In particular, when a seemingly faithful inclination towards higher vehicles arises, one will gradually abandon the Hinayana's Vinaya Pitaka and the Paramitas, etc. In the Mantrayana, one will also abandon the lower three classes of tantras, etc., thereby accumulating the great obscuration of the karma of abandoning Dharmas that are closely related, easy to manifest, and extremely heavy in maturation. The source of this will be explained below. Therefore, one should rely on the noble guru and firmly establish the conviction that all scriptures can become the conditions for one person to attain Buddhahood. Those that can be practiced now should be practiced. For those that one cannot actually enter and withdraw from, one should not abandon them simply because one cannot enter them. Instead, one should think that perhaps one day one will be able to practice them through actual entry and withdrawal, and for this, one should accumulate merit, purify obscurations, and make aspirations. In this way, before long, the power of intelligence will become greater and greater, and one will also be able to practice all these Dharmas. The virtuous friend and teacher, Rinpoche, also said: "My lama knows how to grasp all the teachings with the four-cornered path." This statement is very worthy of study. Therefore, this instruction gathers all the essential points of Sutra and Tantra into the path for one person to attain Buddhahood and guides them accordingly. Therefore, it possesses the greatness of understanding all teachings without contradiction. All scriptures appear as pith instructions. In general, for all those who desire liberation, the means of achieving all temporary and long-term benefits and happiness is the scriptures of the Victorious Ones, namely, the taking and abandoning of
