One verse says that upon each atom, there are Buddhas equal in number to all atoms, surrounded by retinues of Bodhisattvas, residing within them, and generating faith in recollecting their qualities. The prostration of speech is, one verse says "Praising them," for the endless praise of the qualities of all realms, as it is said in the sutras, each body emanates countless heads, and each head emanates countless tongues, and then proclaims with melodious voices. Here, voice is praise, and its branch is the cause, which is the tongue. The ocean is the meaning of multitude. Among the branches of offering, the unsurpassed offering is, two verses say "Supreme flowers," supreme flowers refer to the various wonderful flowers of gods and humans and so on. Garlands are woven and strung together with various flowers, and both of these are real and artificial. Musical instruments include stringed instruments, wind instruments, percussion instruments, and plucked instruments. Anointing is fragrant ointment. Supreme umbrella is the श्रेष्ठ of umbrellas. Lamps are fragrant and luminous items such as fragrant oil, and precious luminous jewels. Incense is mixed or single incense. Supreme clothing is the श्रेष्ठ of all clothes. Supreme fragrance refers to perfumed water offered as bath water, said to be water soaked with fragrance filling the three thousand worlds and so on. Heaps of incense powder refer to fragrant incense powder that is scattered and burned, made into a package, or drawing mandalas with colored powder, the order of arrangement being vast and majestic like Mount Sumeru. Arrangement is the combination with all the above offerings, usually referring to decoration and various items. The unsurpassed offering is, one verse says "All offerings," the श्रेष्ठ offering is the worldly offering, here it refers to the virtuous offerings emanated by capable ones such as Bodhisattvas. The last two lines of the verse apply to all the above incomplete parts, used to show the motivation and object of prostration and offering. The branch of confessing sins is, one verse says "Greed," relying on the cause, which is the three poisons, with the basis, which is the body and the other three, the nature is mine.

Having done, that is, actually participating in that activity oneself, or causing others to do it, or rejoicing in what others have done. All of these, in general, are "whatever exists." Remembering the faults of these, regretting the former and restraining the latter, if one confesses from the bottom of one's heart with such a mind, one can stop the increase of what was done before, and also stop the continuation of what will be done later. The limb of rejoicing is the verse "Victorious Ones of the ten directions," contemplating joy like a poor person finding treasure, remembering the benefits of the virtue of those five people. The limb of urging to turn the wheel of Dharma is the verse "Those who in the ten directions," urging those who have manifested complete enlightenment in the fields of the ten directions, have attained unobstructed and unimpeded wisdom, and have not been long in doing so, to teach the Dharma by emanating bodies as numerous as them. The master Yeshe De (ཡེ་ཤེས་སྡེ།) recited "manifested complete enlightenment" and gave an explanation. The limb of supplication is the verse "Showing the passing into sorrow," making supplications to those who show the manner of passing into sorrow in the fields of the ten directions, having made countless bodies, in order to ultimately benefit sentient beings and temporarily bring happiness, not to pass into sorrow for kalpas equal to the number of atoms of the fields. The limb of dedication is the verse "Prostration and offering," dedicating all roots of virtue, exemplified by the virtue of the above six limbs, in common with all sentient beings, with a strong desire for the cause of perfect enlightenment, so that it will never be exhausted. Thus, understanding the meaning of these words, not being distracted elsewhere, doing it slowly as it is said, one will accumulate an immeasurable mass of merit. In this way, prostration, offering, urging, supplication, and rejoicing are the five conducive conditions for accumulating collections; confession is purifying obstacles, purifying obscurations; one aspect of the rejoicing limb, which is rejoicing in one's own virtuous deeds, can also turn into increasing one's own roots of virtue. Through dedication, the virtues that have been accumulated, purified, and increased, even if they are small, can be increased to be very many, and those that temporarily bear fruit and will eventually be exhausted can also be made never to be exhausted.
