Since it prevents all faults and generates all merits, therefore, all kinds of qualities of abandonment and realization of all other vehicles are included in the path of the **Mahāyāna**. Therefore, all the scriptures are included as a branch of the **Mahāyāna** path for accomplishing Buddhahood, because there is no speech of the Sage that does not eliminate a fault or generate a merit, and all of that can be accomplished by the **Mahāyāna**. If it is necessary to enter the **Pāramitā Mahāyāna** from the paths taught in the Śrāvakayāna, then entering the **Vajrayāna** does not commonly have the paths of the **Pāramitāyāna**, because the paths are not the same. If you say so, this is also very unreasonable, the nature of the **Pāramitā** path is the intention of generating the mind of **bodhicitta**, and the practice is to learn the **six pāramitās**, which must be relied upon in all ways, as it is said in the *Glorious Vajra Peak*: "Even for the sake of life, one should not abandon the mind of bodhi." and "The practice of the six perfections should never be abandoned." It is said, and there are many descriptions in other tantric scriptures. When entering the mandala of Anuttarayoga, it is also said many times that one must take both common and uncommon vows, the former is the vow of the **Bodhisattva** itself, and taking the vow is to promise to learn the precepts of the **Bodhisattva** such as the three trainings, just like promising to learn the precepts after generating the mind, because there is no other path in the **Pāramitāyāna** other than learning the precepts, and in the *Vajraḍākinī*, *Saṃpuṭa*, and *Vajra Peak*, such as "The three vehicles of outer, inner, and secret, hold all the holy Dharma." As it is said when taking the vow of **Amitābha**, one must promise when taking the vow of mantra. If you see the differences between these permissions and prohibitions, and think that everything is contradictory like hot and cold, then that is a very coarse discrimination. In this way, except for some special permissions and prohibitions, the scriptures are very consistent, therefore, when entering higher and higher stages such as the three vehicles or the five paths,

It is necessary to have all the qualities of the lower and lower paths. As for the path of the pāramitās, as it is said in the Mother of the Victorious Ones: All the paths of the Buddhas who have passed away, have not yet come, and are now present, are the pāramitās, not other paths. Thus, this is like the trunk of the path to Buddhahood, so it should not be abandoned. This is also taught extensively in the Vajrayāna, so it is the common path of both the sūtras and tantras. On top of that, adding the uncommon path of secret mantra, which is empowerment, vows, precepts, and the two stages with their mandalas, Buddhahood is attained quickly, but if the common path is abandoned, it is a great mistake. If such an understanding is not gained, then when a seemingly certain understanding arises for each and every dharma, others are abandoned, and especially when a seemingly faithful devotion to the higher vehicle arises, then gradually the Hīnayāna's Vinaya Piṭaka and the pāramitās are abandoned. And in mantra, even the lower three tantra classes and so on will be abandoned, so one will accumulate the great obscuration of the karma of abandoning the Dharma, which is very important, easy to occur, and whose ripening is very heavy. The source of that will be shown below. Therefore, relying on the holy protector, one should firmly establish the understanding that all the words of the Buddha become a condition for one person to attain Buddhahood, and those that can be practiced now should be practiced. And even those that cannot be truly adopted or abandoned should not be abandoned because one cannot enter into them. One should think, "When will I be able to practice them through the door of true adoption and abandonment?" and for that cause, accumulate merit, purify obscurations, and make aspirations. In that way, before long, the power of intelligence will increase more and more, and one will also be able to practice all of them. The virtuous friend and teacher, Rinpoche, also said: "My lama is the one who knows how to carry all the teachings by the four-cornered path." This word is very worthy of investigation. Thus, this instruction gathers all the essential points of the sūtras and tantras into the path of one person's Buddhahood and leads them, so this has the greatness of realizing all the teachings without contradiction. All the words of the Buddha appear as instructions. In general, for those who desire liberation, immediately and
