The Vajra Master's empowerment makes the disciple the successor to the throne of the Buddhas. It is also for the purpose of ruling the kingdom of Dharma with a collection of qualities like the seven precious emblems that the empowerment of the seven precious emblems is performed. So it is said. Then comes the Samaya Empowerment: The Three Jewels and the Mind of Enlightenment, do not abandon the noble Gurus. Do not kill living beings, do not take what is not given. Do not speak falsely, do not engage with another's wife. Do not slander the Guru, do not step on his shadow, do not accept someone who is not a Guru as a teacher, do not call the Vajra Guru by name. Do not despise mantras and mudras, what need is there to mention the deities? If a fool slanders, he will surely die from disease. Old things and the shadow of the gods, Worldly and transmundane, mudras, letters, signs, etc., should not be stepped on. Therefore, those who harm the Three Jewels and the Buddha's teachings, and those who strive to slander the Guru, the wise should diligently subdue. Those who do not possess Dharma, who act evilly, and who constantly strive to harm sentient beings, and those who hate the Samaya, the compassionate mantra practitioner should subdue with mantras. Seize the wealth of the miserly and give it to the impoverished beings. Offerings to the Guru, and thus accomplish the Samaya, for the sake of the mandala and those with Samaya, for the benefit of the sons of the Victorious Ones, for the sake of offerings, seize the wealth of human kings or the rich. By acting for the benefit of sentient beings, it is always the wealth of the Samaya Guru. In order to protect the lives of living beings, one may also lie. Please the Buddhas, and also protect the Samayas. In order to accomplish through mantra knowledge, one may rely on another's woman. Abiding in the state of Vajrasattva, do everything.
