将两中指并拢,两食指结成金刚形,是嘛嘛格佛母。两手掌心合拢,做成莲花开放的样子,是白衣佛母。两手掌心合拢,弯曲两食指,用中指的指甲盖压住食指,两拇指放在中间略微弯曲,是度母。从金刚结印中伸出两食指,做成金刚形,是金刚萨埵。从那个手印中弯曲右手的食指,是国王。从那个手印中做成花朵的样子,是贪欲。从那个手印中再次弯曲,拇指和两食指指尖相触,是善妙。从那个手印中不弯曲中间的指节,是珍宝。 从那个手印中将手指都像光芒一样伸展开来,是光辉。将那个手印放在头顶,是胜幢。将那个手印放在嘴前,是欢笑。从那个手印中做成莲花的样子,是法。从那个手印中将指尖稍微弯曲,是锋利。从那个手印中做成镯子的样子,是因。从那个手印中做成莲花花瓣的样子,是语。从那个手印中将指尖稍微伸展开来,是业。从那个手印中非常伸展开来,是守护。从那个手印中将两个指尖再次弯曲,是夜叉。从那个手印中紧紧弯曲,是拳头。在心间结金刚结印,将两个拇指并拢,并排放在一起,是妩媚。金刚结印充分伸展,做成串联花鬘的样子,是花鬘母。从金刚结印中生出的金刚掌,做成以手势发出语言的样子,从口中向上生出,是歌女。从结印中生出的舞蹈,双手合掌放在头顶,是舞女。结印本身以向下倾倒的姿势放在前方,是焚香母。那个手印向上伸展,是花朵母。在前方拇指并排环绕,是灯明母。从那个手印中做成涂香的样子,是香。从那个手印中弯曲两食指,是铁钩。从那个手印中两个指尖相触,是绳索。 从那个手印中一个缠绕着一个,是铁链。从那个手印中将两个拇指向内弯曲并摇动,是降伏。

With the two middle fingers upright, the two index fingers held in the form of a vajra, is Mamaqi. With the two palms joined hollowly, made in the form of an opening lotus, is White-clad Mother. From the two palms joined hollowly, bending the two index fingers, pressing the fingernails of the middle fingers, placing the two thumbs in the middle and slightly bending them, is Tara. From the vajra-bound mudra, extending the two index fingers and making them like a vajra, is Vajrasattva. From that same mudra, bending the right index finger, is King. From that same mudra, slightly extending the fingertips, is Action. From that same mudra, extending it greatly, is Protection. From that same mudra, bending the two fingertips back again, is Yaksha. From that same mudra, bending it tightly, is Fist. At the heart, making the vajra-bound mudra, joining the two thumbs and placing them side by side, is Graceful. The vajra-bound mudra fully extended, made in the form of stringing garlands, is Garland Mother. The vajra palm arising from the vajra-bound mudra, making the gesture of uttering words, arising upwards from the mouth, is Song Mother. The dance arising from the bound mudra, joining the palms and placing them on the crown of the head, is Dance Mother. The bound mudra itself placed in front in a downward pouring posture, is Incense Mother. That same mudra extended upwards, is Flower Mother. In front, the thumbs aligned and circling, is Lamp Mother. From that same mudra, making it like anointing with fragrance, is Fragrance. From that same mudra, bending the two index fingers, is Hook. From that same mudra, touching the two fingertips, is Noose. From that same mudra, one entwined with the other, is Chain. From that same mudra, bending the two thumbs inwards and shaking them, is Subduing.

Both hands are extended, with the tips of the thumb and little finger touching, and the other fingers stretched out, which is for the Shravakas; both hands are joined in prayer, and the fingertips are gradually gathered into a joined palm shape, with the thumbs extended and bent, which is for the Pratyekabuddhas; the vajra knot is tied inside, with the tips of the middle fingers touching and extended, and the other four fingers standing upright separately, which is the oath mudra of the wrathful deities. On the moon disc in the heart of all deities, a five-pronged vajra arising from the syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese: Hum) is marked with the nature of beginningless and endless Dharma. The Dharma mudra is: in the secret place of all deities, on the pistil of the eight-petaled red lotus arising from the syllable (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese: She), on the moon disc arising from the syllable (Tibetan: ཨཱ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, Literal Chinese: A), a five-pronged white vajra lying horizontally is marked. After visualizing, recite "(Tibetan: ༀ་བཛྲ་ཛི་ཧྭཱ།, Devanagari: Om Vajra Jihva, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ vajra jihvā, Literal Chinese: Om Vajra Tongue)" to bless the tongue, the body makes the great mudra of each deity, or makes the samadhi mudra, the mouth recites the mantra of each deity, and the mind visualizes the center of the vajra marked with the mantra of each deity. The karma mudra is: dancing, singing, tastes and food, all happiness such as behavior, if offered to the Buddhas, one can freely use the karma mudra. Recite this verse, and perform the dance posture arising from the two vajra fists, recite the heart mantra of each deity, (Tibetan: སརྦྦ་བིད།, Devanagari: Sarva Vida, Romanized Sanskrit: sarva vida, Literal Chinese: All Knowing) etc. The left hand forms the samadhi mudra at the navel, and the right hand holds the vajra at the heart, which is for Vairochana; the right hand successively forms the earth-touching mudra, the offering mudra, the samadhi mudra, the fearlessness mudra, and the left hand grabs the edge of the robe with a vajra fist and places it at the heart, which is for the four Tathagatas; the four consorts form the mudra like the great mudra without hand implements. The left hand vajra fist faces inward and is placed at the waist, the right hand fist is raised upward and placed at the heart, which is for Vajrasattva; the right hand vajra fist is placed in front of the heart, and the left hand vajra fist is placed in front of it.
