of the wheel. Thus it is added. Also, the meaning of the Kalachakra, as stated in the Root Tantra: The great time is the great life, from the exhaustion of the breath and warmth of the fruit, twenty-one thousand and six hundred breaths, in the three realms the breaths revolve. This is said to be the Kalachakra. As it is said, its meaning is as follows: The great time called Kalachakra, at the time of the fruit, in each day and night of the base time, also in the three realms, that is, the three channels, twenty-one thousand and six hundred breaths arise and dissolve, the great life of the cessation of the movements. The so-called wheel is, at the base time, from the rotation of the twelve movements of breath, by the order of progression of the twelve grounds, one thousand eight hundred breaths cease, and it is established from the exhaustion of the movements of breath. Thus, on the one nature of the essence, from the reversal of the cessation of twenty-one thousand six hundred breaths, time is established, and from the reversal of the cessation of twelve movements, the wheel is established. The Buddha is established from the reversal of obtaining the complete unchanging bliss of twenty-one thousand six hundred. From those two objects of reverence, the Buddha is explained in conjunction with the sixteen aspects of thatness, and the Kalachakra is explained in conjunction with the twelve truths, of which the first is, what is the meaning of Buddha? Answer: Abiding. Where does he abide? On the seat or object of reverence with supports, which is called a lion because it kills the deer of afflictions. Where does he abide? In the great bliss of the complete purification of the habits of movement. That nature is also called Vajra Union, and it is also in the four wheels such as the crown wheel, the four drops of body, speech, mind, and wisdom are gradually combined and blocked, so it becomes inseparable great bliss. Yoga also includes yoga, but here it is in terms of the aspect of yoga union, as said by Acharya. The meaning of offering that nature with the three realms is, the three realms are the body, speech, and mind of the practitioner, from the top of the Bodhicitta Vajra Jewel gradually upwards lifting, tying it on the crown of the head is the meaning of offering. The image of the support and the bliss of the supported are one, that is,

That which is indivisible, is divided into sixteen aspects by the distinction of the four bodies. The manner in which it changes will be explained below. The saying "existing without existence" is not a good translation, because "existing without existence" also includes the meaning of "gone to Gata." If explained according to the translation of Pang Lo, it means that the edge of Nirvana without existence and the edge of Samsara with existence have gone beyond these two. This means that this is separate from those two edges. Therefore, it transcends the edges of Samsara and Nirvana. Knowledge (ཤེས་པ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ज्ञान, Sanskrit Romanization: jñāna, Literal Chinese meaning: knowledge) is happiness, and the knowable (ཤེས་བྱ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ज्ञेय, Sanskrit Romanization: jñeya, Literal Chinese meaning: knowable) is the form without defilement, and the two become one entity. Previously, in the case of "the body of the unity of knowledge and the knowable," it was not said to transcend the two edges, nor was it discussed from the perspective of cause and effect. Here, it is explained in this way, so it is not repetitive. The Tibetan meaning of the Sanskrit word "Samaya" (ས་མ་ཡ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: समय, Sanskrit Romanization: samaya, Literal Chinese meaning: vow) is "assembly," so Pang Lo's translation as "the assembly of the supreme Victor" is very good. If we say it that way, then the assembly of the aggregates, elements, and sources (ཕུང་ཁམས་སྐྱེ་མཆེད་) without defilement is the master of all lineages, the assembly of the supreme Victor. The second is that the precious Bodhicitta, which is not deceptive, has true meaning, and increases joy, is the wisdom of the great bliss of the Victors of the three times. Because it is not divided by conceptual thought, it is called Vajra (རྡོ་རྗེ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्र, Sanskrit Romanization: vajra, Literal Chinese meaning: diamond), and it is its place or basis. That is also the distinction of the cessation of the twelve transformations, so there are twelve branches. Rather than translating it as "the words of Vajra," it is better to consider that "Pada" (པཱ་ད་) also includes the meaning of place, so Pang Lo's translation as "the place of Vajra" is very good. The fourth verse, paying homage in the way of the four bodies, the four liberations, the four Vajras, and the inseparability of skillful means and wisdom, is to pay homage to that first Buddha. Its merit is that the all-knowing master of the Victors, the co-emergent body, and similarly, the wisdom body is the Dharma body, the enjoyment body is the sun body, and moreover, the emanation body is also the eyes of the blooming lotus petals. Connect them like that. The meaning of these will be explained in detail below. Like this, the four bodies and the four liberations without defilement, and the body, speech, and mind Vajra, and attachment, which is happiness or the wisdom of
