The twelve thousand verses, Explanation of the Difficult Points of Vimalaprabha, a note written by Khedrup Chöje while listening to Je. The twelve thousand verses, Explanation of the Difficult Points of Vimalaprabha, a note written by Khedrup Chöje while listening to Je. The twelve thousand verses, Explanation of the Difficult Points of Vimalaprabha, a note written by Khedrup Chöje while listening to Je, is completed. The condensed king of tantras, the commentary on the Kalachakra, following the root tantra, the twelve thousand verses, Explanation of the Difficult Points of Vimalaprabha, a note called "Moonlight of Speech." I prostrate with reverence to the feet of the Bhagavan, the glorious Kalachakra, the supreme and primordial Buddha, inseparable from the venerable lama, endowed with great compassion without objectification. Like a rainbow embracing the stainless sky with its array of colors, with a body of blue lotus, transcending dust, manifesting in various illusory plays, constantly unchanging, filled with the taste of bliss, the protector, the supreme co-emergent dancer of joy, the supreme primordial Buddha, the great hero, I prostrate to the glorious Kalachakra. Vajradhara, the great sovereign of the Dharma, the supreme Dharma king of the lineage who upholds it well, the lord of the ten bhumis, Chandrabhadra, and the glorious one holding the white lotus, protect me. The speck of dust at the sole of whose foot is ascended to the crown of the head by all the supreme scholars, the lord of all who uphold the victorious Dharma, I prostrate to the incomparable supreme lama. The unsurpassed path of Vajra Yoga, the nectar of the Vajradhara's lama's speech, which I drank with the palms of my faith, I strive here to remember it again. Here, following the root tantra of the Bhagavan Kalachakra, the extensive commentary on the condensed tantra, the Vimalaprabha composed by the Bodhisattva Pundarika, is the Dharma to be taught. In that, it is to be understood by the meaning of the name, the salutation of the translator, the meaning of the text, and the conclusion.

Firstly, among the four great languages of the noble land of India, the meaning of "Vimala" in Sanskrit is "stainless" and "light" in Tibetan. "Nāmaṇi" means named, "Mūla" means root, "Tantra" means continuum, "Anusāra" means following, "Dvādaśa-sāhasraka" means twelve thousand, "Lāghu" means concise, "Kālacakra" means wheel of time, "Tantra" means continuum, "Rāja" means king. "Tīkā" refers to both extensive commentary and explanation, but here it is better to translate it as "extensive commentary." Secondly, the translator's honorifics are easy to understand. Thirdly, the meaning of the text is: Just as the wise elaborate on the branches that introduce the actual explanation of the text, here too, the first three summaries are used to elaborate in detail. Among them, the first summary is: to pay homage to the supreme desired deity, and to explain the vow to compose. The second summary is: to explain the four dharmas such as the necessity of the tantra, and to examine the entire body or five chapters of the tantra, the thirty-two summaries, and the division of the collection of meanings by dividing them into eighty-one abodes. The third summary is: mainly to explain the resolution of doubts about the second summary regarding the relationship between the teacher and the supplicant, etc., through the method of debate. Among these, the first summary is explained first. The great scholar Vasubandhu said: "Necessity together with summarized meaning, meaning of words together with connection, together with refutation and response, should be declared." As it is said in the oral instructions for explaining the Sutras, all Sutras and Tantras are the same. Here too, it is explained in the same way. The necessity for which this summary was composed, and the limits of the summarized meaning that summarizes all the texts of this summary into chapters of meaning, exploring the meaning of words, and extracting the connections that exist within them to make connections, and cutting off doubts about these other aspects, thereby generating the branch of certainty, should be explained through five points such as debate. Connection and debate are explained in their respective aspects, and here the necessity should be explained first, that is, the uncommon necessity of this summary is: the summary of
