For each of these, the realms contained within them are divided into sixes. There are thirty-six realms in six groups. If these six groups are explained separately: The life-force wind, the wisdom aggregate, composed of the bliss of transformation, the wisdom realm, and the bindu transformation, the wisdom realm; the mind faculty and sound arising from the wisdom realm, and the act of emitting semen, arising from the state of bliss, therefore the supreme faculty transformed from the wisdom realm, the conch-bearing woman; and the act of the urinary faculty, the dripping of urine arising from the wisdom realm. This is the six groups of the wisdom realm. And the aggregate of consciousness, the space realm, the ear, the dharma realm, and the act of dripping urine, the male vajra arising from the space realm, or the female bhaga faculty; and the act of the supreme faculty, the act of emitting semen arising from the space realm. This is the six groups of the space realm or the consciousness realm. And the aggregate of feeling, the fire realm, the eye, taste, the hand, and the act of walking. This is the six groups of feeling or the fire realm. And the aggregate of perception, the water realm, the tongue faculty, form, the foot, and the acts of taking. This is the six groups of perception or the water realm. And the aggregate of volition, the wind realm, the nose, touch, the speech faculty, and the act of excreting feces. This is the six groups of the wind realm. And the aggregate of form, the earth realm, the body faculty, smell and the anal passage, and the act of speaking words. This is the six groups of the earth realm. Furthermore, in the commentary, regarding these, from the mind faculty and sound to the nose and touch, like this, these which are shown by combining the object and the subject, dissimilar in kind, in one direction, are for the purpose that skillful means and wisdom need what is not of their own kind. Like this, these six groups of six, when practiced through the path, making them free from obscurations, some like the excretion of feces and urine, through the gate of severing the continuity of similar kinds, must be made free from obscurations. Because the similar kinds of these are impossible in the state of Buddhahood. Except for such exceptions, the others, by practicing the part of defilement through the path, the continuity of similar kinds can also arise in the state of Buddhahood in a completely pure nature.

Yes. Thus, having removed the obscurations of the wisdom of the path and the six aggregates of the space element, making them of equal taste and becoming mixed as one. Here, it is indicated by the name "emptiness." Therefore, the space element is also included in the wisdom element, and these two six aggregates are combined into one category and indicated by one name. This is in terms of becoming the five great emptiness syllables. In this regard, in the time of ordinary beings, although these such as sound and mind have other meanings, when one becomes a Buddha and the obscurations are removed, all of them become one entity, so it is called equal taste. That is also said to be mixed into the nature of bliss-emptiness wisdom. That emptiness is also indestructible, it is called indestructible. When practicing the form of E-vam, first one practices Vam. The way to practice it is, first in the center, draw the sign of the name of the indestructible emptiness mentioned above, a curved knife-shaped line. The third six aggregate element, having become free from obscurations, etc., is the third great emptiness syllable, and the sign of its name is also to draw two bindus to the south of the sign of the central symbol. This third emptiness is indicated by the name "wisdom of the tantra." The fourth six aggregate, the six aggregate of the water element, having become free from obscurations, etc., is the fourth great emptiness syllable, and it is indicated by the bindu, and its sign is to draw one bindu to the north of the sign of the central symbol. The fifth six aggregate, the six aggregate of the wind element, having become free from obscurations, etc., is the second great emptiness syllable, and it is indicated by the first supreme of the condensed tantra, and its sign is to draw a long line in the shape of a stick in the east front of the sign of the central symbol. In this regard, in the commentary it says, it is for the sake of distinguishing one that has passed away. Because it is said so. In the root tantra it says, supreme and great Vajradhara. Because there is only one supreme, if it is said that it is contradictory to say supreme supreme twice here, it is not contradictory. Because the word "and" of the root tantra's "supreme and" is a summary of repeated distinctions, therefore it summarizes the latter supreme. The sixth six aggregate that says so, the six aggregate of the earth element, having become free from obscurations, etc.
