Therefore, worldly appearances, such as arising and ceasing, occur alternately, and it is impossible for them to occur simultaneously in one individual. Although there is no subsequent attainment arising from equipoise at the time of Buddhahood, the wisdom that knows reality as it is and the wisdom that knows the extent of subsequent attainment, both occur simultaneously and at all times in one continuum, with one essence. Among them, the wisdom that knows reality as it is, when it becomes the object of investigation of suchness, worldly appearances can never arise. This is occasional on the path of learning, but it is constant after Buddhahood, hence the phrases "from Buddhahood onwards" and "after that." Such wisdom is called transcendent, while the wisdom that knows the extent of subsequent attainment is called mundane. Therefore, here too, it is said, "As long as there is a mundane mind, until then," and so on. It is not clinging to any mundane mind, but refers to momentary phenomena that arise and cease. The aforementioned wisdom of the Buddha, although it does not exist when it becomes the object of investigation of suchness, it does exist in the object of the mundane subsequent attainment wisdom, which knows the extent. This principle is stated in the Mahayana Uttaratantra Shastra: Wisdom, knowledge, and liberation, because of their clarity, radiance, and purity, and because they are not different, are like light, rays, and the sun's disc. In the commentary on this verse, the venerable Asanga says: Non-conceptual wisdom is transcendent wisdom. Thus, he speaks of the distinction between knowing reality as it is in equipoise and being transcendent. From the perspective of realizing the suchness of self-nature purity, it is like the clear light of the sun; and the wisdom that knows the extent, which knows all kinds of things, is like the rays of the sun shining on all coarse and fine objects separately. From the perspective of distinguishing all kinds of phenomena one by one without mixing them, it is like the rays of the sun. Just as the clear light of the sun and the rays that shine are not different in essence, these two wisdoms are also said to be not different in essence. This can be understood even more clearly from that treatise. On the essence of these two wisdoms

Although there is no difference between mundane and supramundane, the term is applied from the perspective of completely distinguishing between the mundane as conventional truth and the supramundane as ultimate truth. Now, let's explain the meaning of the words. From "here" to "Buddha," it means that from the very moment when the unchanging bliss of twenty-one thousand six hundred is complete, it is established as manifest complete enlightenment. Here, the moment when all Tathagatas manifest complete enlightenment, that unchanging bliss of twenty-one thousand six hundred complete, from that moment on, at any time, for the wisdom of great bliss, in the state where that very reality has gone to be measured, all dharmas are unborn, un abiding, and unceasing. Therefore, in that state, there is no appearance of any elaboration. The reason for this is that if arising and ceasing are established in ultimate truth, then they must appear in that state. However, they are not established in ultimate truth. If you ask, what is the reason that they are not established in ultimate truth? Then, here it shows the reasoning that prevents them from being established in ultimate truth, that is, "here, in which moment," and so on. Moreover, in order to prevent arising and so on, when explaining the distinction of ultimate truth, it will be directly applied below with "this itself is not reasonable by ultimate reason," and so on. That is to say, the characteristics of conditioned phenomena, the three of arising, abiding, and ceasing, are all conditioned phenomena, which all Buddhas acknowledge. Therefore, in conventional truth, all conditioned phenomena have arising, abiding, and ceasing, but in ultimate truth, it is not reasonable. In this way, if in ultimate truth, conditioned phenomena have arising, abiding, and ceasing, then are they gradual or simultaneous? If it is the former, then what prevents it is from "here, in which moment" to "will not cease." The meaning of this is that it is not reasonable for the same object to gradually arise, abide, and cease in ultimate truth. Because if a certain moment is inherently arising, then it must arise at all times, so there is no opportunity for abiding and ceasing to occur sequentially. Similarly, if it is inherently abiding, then it must abide at all times, so there is no opportunity for arising to occur before it and ceasing to occur after it. If it is inherently ceasing, then it must cease at all times, so,
