This is the definite way of settling. Just as it was said before, the empty forms such as smoke transform from higher to higher states, and appear as the desire deity parents during the six-branch yoga. This is the uncommon proximate cause of the resultant Vajra body. At the time of that six-branch yoga, it is merely an appearance, and the physical body does not actually become an empty form body, because the realm of sentient beings is not exhausted. Therefore, in order to accomplish that body, it is necessary to destroy the body composed of minute particles. This is like an alchemist transforming iron into gold, binding the non-leaking Bodhicitta to the body, and the way to exhaust the realm of sentient beings will be explained in detail in the fifth chapter. Like this, in order to accomplish the extraordinary unchanging bliss, one strives to accomplish the extraordinary empty form through various methods. The mudra of the empty form is the cause, and the unchanging bliss is the result. In the "Initiation Summary Root Commentary" and the "Three Commentaries," it is argued more than once. Do not refute the views of these scriptures of the eternal and realists that empty form cannot be generated as a cause and cannot produce a result. Regarding the "unchanging bliss" that is mentioned, the meaning of unchanging is not an eternal phenomenon that does not arise or cease. The opposite of unchanging—change—does not refer to arising from a cause, nor does it refer to the fact that the first moment does not remain in the second moment, but rather it repeatedly refers to the change of the realm flowing outward. Therefore, binding the realm in a non-leaking state itself is the meaning of unchanging. It is made unchanging merely by not flowing out from the tip of the Vajra jewel, and there are two special kinds of unchanging: not moving from one's own position to any other position in the body. Therefore, relying on the cooperating conditions and the view that decisively understands that all phenomena are without inherent existence as the proximate cause, the object of great bliss that arises from this is the realization of the meaning of the sole reality. Therefore, it is said here that bliss is without an object. And, considering that at that time, the empty form that leads to bliss appears as if it exists independently from the conventional object, it is said that emptiness is with an object.

Also in the great commentary on chapter five, emptiness is the appearance of one's own mind in which phenomena have no arising or ceasing. Wisdom is the unchanging bliss of thoroughly realizing that. Thus, since emptiness and form themselves are established by their very nature as having arising and ceasing, realizing the nature of emptiness is said to be unchanging bliss. Furthermore, in any of the systems of the great chariots, the meaning that, having realized any meaning and become accustomed to it, is able to purify completely the root that binds one to cyclic existence, together with its imprints, is called suchness, and realizing that is regarded as realizing the profound meaning and realizing the meaning of no object of focus. According to this school's system as well, since they consider the root that binds one to cyclic existence to be self-grasping, it is necessary to purify the bonds of cyclic existence together with their imprints by merely realizing the meaning of no-self that it grasps. In the great commentary on chapter five, it says, 'Since one revolves in cyclic existence by the power of the imprints of the transference of desire, it is contradictory to say that one revolves in cyclic existence by the imprints of ignorance.' As an answer to that: Ignorance here refers to the beginningless imprints of desire of sentient beings. Thus, the ignorance spoken of in other scriptures and the imprints of transference spoken of in this tantra as the root of cyclic existence are said to be the same meaning. In chapter two, it says, 'All beings who are deluded by illusion grasp suffering from suffering.' In the great commentary on that, it says that here, being deluded by the nature of grasping at self and grasping at mine, which are the cause of cyclic existence, is grasping suffering from the sufferings of hell beings, hungry ghosts, and animals. Thus, since grasping at self and grasping at mine is said to be delusion, saying that ignorance is the root of cyclic existence is also considered to be the view of the aggregates as a real self. Therefore, in the great commentary on chapter four, it says, 'Then, having remembered the three roots, since that itself is the seed of existence, it will also become the imprint of desire.' Therefore, this self-grasping, which is the root of cyclic existence, is the view of all the systems of the Great Vehicle, Small Vehicle, mantra, and characteristics, so the wisdom that realizes no-self is considered to be what severs the root that binds one to cyclic existence. Therefore, in the great commentary on chapter two, it says, 'Then, having remembered the three roots, generating the mind of enlightenment and thinking of various
