is, in terms of function, some parts of oneself exist in things, while others do not, without any distinction, but exist with all the parts of one's own thing. Likewise, the sky flower is not consistent with the vase in all its nature, and likewise, the vase is not consistent with the sky flower in all its nature. Therefore, for worldly people, the way to be able to act and exist in all one's nature is like a vase, and ultimately, the way to not exist in all one's nature is like a sky flower, these two cannot exist on one basis. But for those who transcend the world, it is possible. All things exist in the way of acting, just like a vase, existing in all its nature, and the way of non-existence that does not exist in its nature. Some parts exist in their nature, some parts do not exist in their nature, without this distinction, all parts do not exist in their nature, just like the way the sky flower does not exist, these two not only exist on one basis. All things act like a vase, existing in all parts, and the way of non-existence, all parts do not exist, just like the way the sky flower does not exist, these two will be in a state of mutual inseparability. Therefore, for worldly people, this is incomparable, and for those who transcend the world, it is possible, that is its meaning. These two meanings are explained very clearly in the "Summary of Empowerment." That is, it was said earlier: "The great seal is combined, and the unchanging bliss increases." It is said that by relying on the empty form great seal, the unchanging bliss increases. Afterwards, such increase and decrease were said: "Ultimately, self-nature is empty, and there is no increase in increase." and so on. Then, since increase and decrease do not exist at all, why does the practice of the path and so on not become fruitless? In response to this, he said that even without self-nature, arising and ceasing are produced like illusions, so the things that arise and cease and the non-things without self-nature have the same characteristics. All dharmas are without self-nature, arising and ceasing are like illusions. Those who arise do not change to cease, because self-nature does not arise. All kinds of things are without self-nature, existence and
