This is not accepted, because the Buddha's teachings, both scriptural and realized, are virtuous in the beginning, middle, and end, that is its meaning. For example, if the root downfall of the vows of a Bodhisattva prince has not occurred, then in that lifetime one should attain the first ground, but if a root downfall has occurred, even if the vows are restored thereafter, it is impossible to attain the first ground in that lifetime, as stated in the Bodhisattva Grounds. The four immeasurables therein, as previously explained, are considered from the aspect of being uncommon. And the dharmas of the aspects of enlightenment, as stated in the Chakrasamvara, the wisdom of bliss and emptiness itself is divided into the four mindfulnesses and so forth from the perspective of reversal. Thus, the debate regarding the actions that are prohibited in mantra and are accompanied by faults is, 'Well then...' etc., which is easy to understand. The answer to that is, 'That is true...' up to '...it is said.' The meaning is, although it is said that one can eat the five meats, those five meats are not the meat of animals that have been marked to be killed for the purpose of animal sacrifices etc., nor are they the meat of animals killed for the sake of obtaining payment from the eater, which are accompanied by faults, but rather dog meat etc. without buying or selling for the purpose of food, and the human meat etc. of people killed by robbers, which are blessed and made into nectar pills, it is said that one enjoys them, so there is no fault. That is what it means. Because if there is no one to eat, there will be no one to kill, so the eater will become sinful. This point, which is presented here as a preliminary view, is also listed as the assertion of outsiders in the Madhyamaka Heart Essence. If that is the case, then the one who makes false weights and measures, if there is no one to buy and sell with that weight and measure, will not appear, so the one who buys and sells will also incur sin for using false weights and measures. If there is no object to be killed, there will be no one to kill, so the object to be killed will also incur that sin, it is said. The meaning of all those who say that one can attain Buddhahood in that very lifetime is summarized as, 'Thus...' etc. Well then, what is the Buddha to be given? From 'The Buddha himself...' to '...completely give.' The four, namely the Omniscient One etc., are in order the Svabhavikakaya, Nirmanakaya, Sambhogakaya, and Dharmakaya. This shows that the Buddha who is attained in that very lifetime through the path of highest yoga tantra refers to a state like the first ground.

Saying "has come" is also prohibited. Now, to explain the five perfections in detail: The perfection of the place of emptiness is: Some say that the place of great bliss is like the ground, the mandala of the Vajra Realm is like a mansion, and the Vajra Lion Throne is like the cushion within it. Although it is said like this, the first two are both explained by applying them to the Great Seal itself, so there is no such difference. Therefore, from "the place is great bliss" to "is the place," the very arising of the Dharma of the Great Seal is shown as the place of great bliss, and from "the supreme first" to "there," the emptiness-form Great Seal, like casting dice, is explained as the meaning of the Vajra Realm mandala. These two explain the perfection of the place. To sit on the Vajra Lion Throne is: If explained according to the literal meaning, it is the lion throne with a cushion, up to "or." If not explained according to the literal meaning, from "the letter E" to "by that," the definition of E-vam (Tibetan: ཨེ་ཝཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: एवं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: evam, literal Chinese meaning: thus), is to abide in the very wisdom of indivisible bliss and emptiness. This refers to that meaning. The perfection of the retinue is: from "Buddha" to "by that which has made prostrations." That is, like the non-returner of the formless realm, one prostrates at the feet, while others are places to be prostrated to, and the rest is easy to understand. The perfection of the deed is: the three realms, and so on. That is, although there is no turning of the wheel of Dharma in the formless realm, there is a wheel of Dharma of realization in the continuum of the noble ones born there. The perfection of the Dharma is: the supreme, and so on. That is, the unchanging bliss, which has the characteristics of a moment, and so on, is supreme, and with that bliss as the first, relying on the previously arisen unchanging supreme bliss, enlightenment is the supreme first Buddha by that. Regarding non-discrimination, discrimination refers to the nature of wisdom and means, each unique, not biased towards that side. Also, the object of grasping, the emptiness-form hand seal, and the grasper, great bliss, are Dharmas with the characteristic of being distant from each other, which is discrimination, and that which abandons that kind of discrimination is non-discrimination,
