In order to be able to freely perform the descending infusion, it is necessary to practice repeatedly, which seems to be for the purpose of controlling the life-force wind of the horse of consciousness. From that point on, as before, one should also perform the visualization of rising and descending from outside the crown chakra, which seems to be for the purpose of controlling the life-force wind, because that is precisely the main life-force wind of the horse of consciousness. In the "Compendium of Origins Sutra," it says, "The horse of consciousness is the wind; wherever it goes, if one contemplates the gateway of the wind, it will bestow the accomplishment of liberation." Therefore, it speaks of controlling the life-force wind. In this method of practice, initially, one only pushes the wind upward to the crown chakra, and ultimately, instead of descending the wind into the body, one alternates between pushing upward and descending downward from the beginning. Therefore, as mentioned before, the visualization of the two recitations seems to be limited to the point where one can perform them freely. It does not seem to be clinging to the crown chakra or other places. Previously, The recitation of the half-letter and two letters in a high-pitched voice, and causing them to move upward, is not mentioned here by Man Ngae, because it is not necessary to do so during practice; it is clear that it is necessary to do so during action yoga. Regarding the number of "Hee-kahs," the "Compendium of Origins Sutra" also says, "In a sequence of twenty-one, first recite the half-letter and two letters." Just as it says in the sutra. Third, incidentally, the explanation of entering a city, severing, and subsequent holding: As mentioned before, first meditate on the Wisdom Dakini, write the letters and stiffen the sense gates, and precede this with the vase breathing meditation. From that point on, when one is able to freely perform the recitation of carrying and taking, the practitioner extracts consciousness from his own body, emanates the consciousness to the outside, such as the Bardo of Samsara, and emanates into the city of another's body, thereby being able to enter. Separating the mind of another from the body, placing it in one's own body, and then, after grasping the fire of the secret place, placing the mind of another in the heart of another, thereby one should know that one is very skilled in the subsequent mind. In this way, this ability of severing and subsequent holding should be made clear to others, that this is the great yogi. If one understands, one should act like avoiding actions that harm others' teachings, and doing actions that benefit others.
