One should meditate on those (yogis) with their heads pointing downwards. Because of arising, things, i.e., the nature of the eighteen elements, are emptiness without inherent existence, and compassion and emptiness are united, all of this should be meditated upon, that is the meaning. Without wavering and without harm. In this regard, in the Four Seats, there is the phrase "without fear and without harm," which indicates the place of meditation. Then, towards the external, that is, towards those yogis who steal awareness from oneself, one should grasp with great skill, that is, one should contemplate. This is related to the sections on refutation and subsequent adherence below. Because one thinks above the two positions of the upper and lower parts of the body, it is the mind, that is, the winds that move up and down. By filling with these winds, and by kumbhaka and pacifying, one gathers them. Four fingers below the navel, one abandons, and one recites with the mind that meditates on the wind mandala, which is related to below. Above the wind of the secret place, in the center is fire, that is, the fire mandala. Above that secret place, at the navel is the sun, that is, particles. There, the chief of the vowels, the seed syllable Aṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:ཨཾ་), is the nature of Nada. The seed syllable Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:ཧཱུཾ་) endowed with Kali, that is, previously placed in the heart. That itself, that is, only that seed syllable Aṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:ཨཾ་) should be red in color. That only is red, what does this "only" distinguish from? It distinguishes from the syllable Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:ཧཱུཾ་), therefore only the syllable Aṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:ཨཾ་) should be red. Some say that in the tantras, contrary to that, it seems that there is a transformation of making Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:ཧཱུཾ་) red. Here, the yogi should pay special attention to the fact that all of arising and inhaling are explained in the ear of all instructions as the meaning of container and carrier. Because the king of mind rides on it, it is similar to a container, therefore it is a container, that is, the wind that follows upwards. Because it is said to carry, only the carrier is the carrier, that is, when the wind enters inside, it enters downwards. One should recite through those, that is, one should become accustomed. The wisdom that dwells in the center of the heart, that is, the seed syllable that symbolizes the mind is Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:ཧཱུཾ་), and the letters such as the wind mandala Yuṃ (藏文) mentioned earlier in which it is placed, when it arises, that is, when the wind arises outwards, one should push, that is, until the crown of the head.

Therefore, guide it to the upper part of the body. After that, by inhaling the air, or through the carrier, the wisdom of the heart, which is the syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) and its surroundings, should be propelled, that is, guided to the extent of the heart. Guiding and pulling back like a Kasha flower is to carry consciousness. The heart chakra faces downwards. When pushed upwards, the inner and outer of the chakra reverse and face upwards. When the carrier brings it to the heart, the chakra and veins, etc., all face downwards and remain as they were originally. As it is said here, the method of aiming to remove consciousness from the body is like the heart chakra turning upwards at the time of death. The meaning from "arising and not arising" to "inhaling" is: the rising wind is called "rising," which causes the syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) and its surroundings in the heart to move upwards. After rising, the carrier also controls the life-force through recitation, and the yogi should also become accustomed to practicing outside of his own body. How to become accustomed to the outside? Lifting is rising, that is, guiding from the heart to the outside. Therefore, it is represented by wind, etc., its characteristic is carrying, that is, the carrier, which enters the extent of the heart. That characteristic should be represented and contemplated by the mind. Therefore, by maintaining equanimity, that is, without distraction, and repeatedly becoming accustomed in this way, from the yoga samadhi of arising, that is, rising, and inhaling, that is, the carrier, equanimity, that is, the same taste, will naturally arise, that is, it will be accomplished. The suchness of wind and consciousness, the equality of taste, and meditating in this way, it will naturally arise and be accomplished, there is no doubt about this. In short, through the power of propulsion by the fire of the syllable I (Tibetan: ཨི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: इ, Sanskrit Romanization: I, Chinese literal meaning: 伊) of the navel chakra, which is fully ignited by the upward-flowing wind, when the wind flows outwards, the inner and outer of the heart chakra reverse, and the syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) and its surroundings are guided upwards to the crown of the head. When the wind enters, the syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) and its surroundings are placed in the heart, and the head faces downwards. Repeatedly become accustomed to the exhalation and inhalation of wind.
