This is from the state of being untrained. Therefore, if one meditates on the life force directly focused on the wind, there is a very important necessity for it to be crucial. Considering this, the order is explained in this tantra. First, one should practice smoke and so on, and practice the chakras that eliminate the fear of death. As the Chakrasamvara Root Tantra says, "By meditating on signs such as smoke, beginners can completely purify the chakras." Third, regarding the actual limbs, there are three: classification, meditation method, and supplementary rituals when not accomplished. First, the previous lamas considered six: Vajra recitation, inhalation, filling, pressing, rechaka, and kumbhaka. But here, kumbhaka and Yele, and Vajra recitation mentioned in the Compendium of Great Accomplishments, these two are sufficient. Therefore, there is no need to supplement from other tantras. Therefore, the classification should be as stated in the tantra commentary, divided into kumbhaka and Vajra recitation. Second, actually, meditating without stopping the flow of semen is the meditation method of Vajra recitation, and actually meditating after stopping the flow is the meditation method of kumbhaka. First, among the six, the place of meditation and body posture are similar to the retraction posture. The difference is that the heel of the left foot blocks the anus, or the root of the vajra is pressed. The way of looking is the same as the retraction posture, which is the way of looking at the swirling nectar. There are two types, direct and indirect. In the ultimate sense, the terminator of obstacles is the wind. The way of looking at this is to focus with the mind. Vajra recitation focuses on the three of the wind's entry, stay, and rise, while kumbhaka focuses directly on mixing the two winds together. In the literal sense, the way of looking at the terminator of obstacles is to look with the eyes. Third, regarding action and binding. Action refers to the senses, which is also the main way of looking. Binding refers to the wind. In the Commentary on the Praise of Vajrapani, it says, "The so-called life force is to block the channels of the left nadi Lalana and the right nadi Rasana, so that the life wind always enters the central channel Avadhuti. Through the combination of filling, kumbhaka, and expulsion of Avadhuti, it enters with the syllable Om (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), is blocked with the syllable Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), and arises with the syllable Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), this is the action of the yogi with the nature of the moon, Rahu, and the sun."

Therefore, (it) is a branch of life exertion. The meaning of what is said as such is explained as follows: Among them, the meaning of exertion in the so-called life exertion, from "lalanā" to "prevention," is explained as preventing movement in the outer channels other than the central channel. The meaning of life is wind, which is explained as wind. From "karma" and "ava" to "descent," it is explained as preventing movement in the outer channels other than the central channel, and descending into Avadhuti. Filling Avadhuti and below shows the means of preventing movement in the outer channels other than the central channel. The moon, which is the body vajra, is filled with the nature of the syllable Om (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), that is, entering into it. Rahu, which is the mind vajra, with the nature of the syllable Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), dwells within it like a vase. The sun, which is the speech vajra, with the nature of the syllable Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), performs the action of expelling outwards. From where is it done? As it is said, "Filling Avadhuti," the action of entering, abiding, and expelling is performed from the central channel itself. What is done by the yogi is that now, arising and entering are not done from Dhuti, that is, the action of entering, abiding, and rising is done from the central channel. What is done by the yogi is done by faith. What is below life shows that that action is a branch and means of preventing life. In short, that text combines the three tones of wind and the three syllables without distinction, and the yogi believes that entering, abiding, and rising are done from Avadhuti, which is a branch of preventing the wind of life from moving in the outer channels, and descending and entering into the central channel. This is clearly shown. Therefore, some people think that vajra recitation is done by moving from the right channel to the left channel, and from the left channel to the right channel, which is only a contradictory aspect of vajra recitation. At the time of vajra recitation, if the mind does not believe that arising and entering are done from the central channel, then in reality there is no way to introduce the wind of the left and right channels into the central channel. Therefore, although vajra recitation does not actually prevent the arising and entering of the left and right channels, the most important key to the wind entering the central channel is that the mind believes that entering, abiding, and rising are done from the central channel. If this is abandoned, then no matter how much other vajra recitation is done, it will not help to achieve what is needed. The meaning of the moon, sun, Rahu, etc., is also as previously explained, and it is known from the fact that it is said immediately above that entering, abiding, and rising should be done. Commentary
