When the air flows from the right, it is Roma, and when it flows from the left, it is Kyangma, and thus Vajra recitation is performed. It is inappropriate to explain it as the Vajra recitation for the meaning of the sun, moon, and Rahu. Vajra recitation is taught to prevent the flow of Roma and Kyangma, and it should be applied to the body, speech, and mind Vajra recitation of the sun, moon, and Rahu. The Sanskrit word for life force is Ayama, which means to prolong life. Here, life is air, and force is to stop, that is, to stop the air from entering the central channel. The practice of life force air is definitely divided into Vajra recitation and Kumbhaka. Vajra recitation is when inhaling air, the body Vajra (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om) sound is inhaled together with the emptiness image in the upper end of the central channel, and it is made to abide in the central channel of the navel with the mind Vajra (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) sound, and when exhaling outward, Vajra recitation is performed with the speech Vajra (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: Ah) sound. The main purpose of this is to allow air to enter the central channel, but it is also to establish a unique emptiness image in the central channel of the navel. Control the air through life force, and stabilize it through holding. After performing Vajra recitation in this way, when the life-holding air enters the central channel from the upper gate, the downward-clearing air will also inevitably enter the central channel from the lower gate. Therefore, stabilize the life downward air and one's own mind together with the Vajra body in the central channel of the navel, and then begin to practice Kumbhaka. As it is said in the Wisdom Chapter, "By the power of Vajra recitation, one attains the state of Kumbhaka." When practicing Kumbhaka, pull the upper air outward and slightly pull the lower air upward, and then mix the life downward air in the central bindu of the navel, and focus single-pointedly on the object of the mind that appears as the form of Kalachakra father and mother. At this time, the special inner heat of the navel burns, and when the joy of the upward descent and downward stability of melting elements arises, it is combined with the previously determined view of emptiness. The result of this state is: one can see all the Tathagatas, Bodhisattvas will give praise, and one can accomplish the siddhi of immortality. The ultimate result is: conditioned
