Om Kala Ratri Hum, the night of time. Phat. Om Kala Yakshini Hum, the Yakshini of time. Phat. The order of the teacher's activities is that after the ground is prepared and the offering cake has been sent forth, then at the time of drawing the mandala, the mandala is inexhaustible. After drawing the outer mandala as before, the best of the great, as beautiful ornaments, are twelve-spoked wheels. It is said that on the four corners, the seats of the four, such as the iron hook, and the four corpses are to be drawn, and at the four doors, the four door-keepers are to be drawn. Since this is a wrathful mandala, the divine substances such as flowers and incense are entwined with garlands of blazing light. And from the bodies of those who are extremely blazing, fierce rays of light blaze forth, burning the wicked, and blazing greatly in the field. It is said that even from that house, fierce rays of light blaze forth, burning the wicked, like the Kamadhenu. Thus, after drawing the mandala, at the time of placing the symbols, Vajrasattva should be placed. All the wrathful ones, such as the Illuminator of the Three Worlds, are pressing down the unmanageable in their hearts, pressing down the guardians of their own direction, and threatening. A face with bared fangs, looking very frightening. Hands holding various weapons, possessing hundreds. Adorned with snakes and hideous heads. Clothed below with a tiger skin.

Holding impure intestines in hand, without beginning or end. Holding a skull bowl filled in the hand, thus written on the outside, place the assembly of Rakshasas. The gatekeepers are as they are, possessing the implements of their own hand seals. Next, regarding nectar, some consider it to be the outer five nectars such as ghee and milk, while others consider it to be the grains and so on blessed by the swirling nectar placed in the vase, and some say that it is the white bodhi and so on mentioned in other Yoga Tantras, but these statements are not reasonable. The five nectars of milk and so on are the saying when cleanliness is valued, but here cleanliness is not valued. It is also not a vase blessed by the swirling nectar, it could be if it were a Karma vase, but here it is said that the sixteen vases are considered to be the empowerment vases, although sixteen vases are mentioned, they are not full vases, because their substitute has been explained as the skull bowl. Saying white bodhi and so on is also unreasonable, because that is not the literal meaning. Then, in the Sutra of Immeasurable Life, "All Buddhas are pleased, even, one should rely on other women," and here it says that one should rely on the great nectar, is this not also a Great Yoga Tantra? To think that relying on white bodhi and women is Great Yoga is truly strange. If a young woman is tormented by sexual desire and is very attached to the body of a Bodhisattva, and this woman is not guarded by a husband, and the Bodhisattva is also a householder, then the Bodhisattva thinks: Even if I fall into hell, I will not hesitate, I will pacify this woman's suffering and make her happy with me, and then guide her onto the path. If one engages in sexual activity in this way, not only is there no fault, but the Tathagata is pleased, because the root of the Mahayana path is compassion, and one must protect compassion, and the purpose is for these two purposes. Relying on women is to make it a limb of mantra accomplishment, which is also established by reasoning, and it is also recorded in the Ornament of Clear Realization and the Sutra of Skillful Means. In this Yoga Tantra also, it says: "The vow seal is extremely secret, this is the word showing the woman," indicating that the bond of the vow itself is the woman.
