On the ground, the main deity is: Vajrapani, drawn in a majestic pose. To his left: fanning with a fan, holding a mango in his virtuous hand. Vaishravana holds a club in his right virtuous hand, and a mongoose in his left, from whose mouth rains down a shower of jewels, thus saving beings from poverty. Adorned with precious ornaments, seated stoutly on a lion throne. Golden in color, with the splendor of jewels radiating, thus it is drawn. Some say that to Vaishravana's left should be drawn the yaksha treasure Good Jewel and Good Vase, while others draw a vase and jewel, believing that a rain of jewels pours forth from them. Draw them as possessing (these attributes). The wise should draw the Good Vase and so forth. From within them, draw wish-fulfilling trees and wish-granting cows, with rivers of jewels flowing from their bodies. In front is Dhritarashtra, striving to play the lute to gain (power). Beautiful and green in color, adorned with all kinds of ornaments. To the right is the hero Virudhaka, holding a sword in his hand. To the west is Virupaksha, the best of those who hold the vajra lasso, surrounded by seven snake heads, with eyes that are red and very bulging. In all directions of the gate, the gatekeepers should be likewise. Then, after drawing in this way, to generate the samaya-being and to pacify the faults of deficiency and excess, by the name of the vajra mudra. The mantra practitioner himself enters the mandala and circumambulates, then returns to sit facing the gate. The wisdom being, the Bhagavan, is invited, then the kings are invited. After inviting, the wise one makes offerings, presenting offerings according to the ritual, and after praising, in that accomplished mandala. Then the mantra practitioner, with this mantra and the mudra of Vajradhara, enters himself. The disciple is of royal lineage, Jewish lineage, and Brahmin lineage, and so forth, likewise. Holding precious flowers, they are seated. Om Vajra Samaya Hum. (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) Then, these precious flowers should be thrown. Om Vajra Pratighat Tvaṃ Mahotata Mama. (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) Whichever king the flower falls upon, the practitioner will accomplish that king, and not another. Then, the four great kings residing in the monastery are empowered with four vases. The fifth vase is of Vajrapani, with the mudra of the five-pronged vajra for the disciple.

Then, touching the four places such as the crown of the head, the empowerment is performed. According to the order of these empowerments, the empowerment should be performed in the mandala itself. Here, as Kama Deva said, the seven precious things and the near seven precious things, and the sixteen auspicious substances are given. The benefit is that in this very life, one who is not a king will become a king, and if he was a king before, he will become greater, possessing the glory of ruling Jambudvipa, becoming the supreme ruler of the four continents. If the empowerment is given four times and entered into four times, then the promise to protect him is made, calling me Vajradhara King, protecting him like a beloved son. We, the four great kings, together with servants and attendants, and the retinue in the palace, will always protect the king. Eliminating the threats from other harms, as well as the fears of its interior and the Lord of Death, and harms such as famine. The individual promises are as follows: Vaishravana will make it prosper, Dhritarashtra will make it peaceful, Virudhaka will destroy untimely deaths caused by livestock and relatives, Virupaksha will bring auspiciousness and eliminate famines and so on. In short, I will fulfill all his hopes and wishes, and if it is not as promised, it is deceiving Vajrapani, breaking the oath. After explaining the mandala of the four great kings, the ten directional protectors prostrated to the Bhagavan and said: Bhagavan, we also offer our own essence for the benefit and happiness of sentient beings. The Bhagavan said: World protectors, good, good! Offer it well! Thereafter, for those who practice mantras, the sons of gods, demons, and heretics mostly create obstacles, because this deity has become the master of both of these, so by vowing to protect here, the lords of the bhutas, such as Ishana, offer their own essence. Om Ishana (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: Free One), the Free One. Om Indra (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: Indra), the Free One. Om Agne (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: Agni), the Fire God. Om Yama (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: Yama), Yama. Om Rakshasa (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: Rakshasa), Rakshasa. Om Varuna (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: Varuna), the Water God. Om
