It is said in the [text] that the stainless one, who has the form of true bliss, is born with discipline. Again, in that very text, it says: Some of the forms of wisdom truly abide by means of the Roma method. In the midst of them dwells the goddess, the letter ཨཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: अं, Romanized Sanskrit: aṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: ཨཾ་), the goddess with various forms, the goddess who is the master of the four bodies, the one who bestows all accomplishments, the one who bestows great bliss upon all, I always truly prostrate. Thus, in the navel, in the center of the ro rkyang, in the dhūtī, by meditating on the nature of the fierce woman, the letter ཨཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: अं, Romanized Sanskrit: aṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: ཨཾ་), it is said that great bliss is bestowed. This is only a symbol, and it should be known that in the navel dhūtī, wherever the chakra is located, and at the upper and lower ends of the dhūtī, by focusing on letters and bindus, etc., and meditating, there is a profound key to including the life force in the dhūtī. In the Hevajra [Tantra], it says: The all-shaking one is in the central place, completely abandoning the grasped and the grasper. As it is said, it is also because the wind enters the central channel, and from that, the co-emergent [wisdom] that abandons the conceptualization of the grasped and the grasper arises, and therefore it is praised. Following the phrase "I prostrate," it says: By whatever means one meditates, the minds of people are truly joined, and by that, the goddess transforms into that nature, having various forms like a jewel. As it is said, it is important to understand this meaning. This text appears in many tantras such as the Gur and the Kunsyod, and although it is the same text, it is necessary to explain many different meanings according to the strength of the occasion. Here, for the sake of generating the co-emergent bliss by relying on the collection of the life force in the dhūtī, whichever practitioner, in whichever important place of the dhūtī, with a true and non-inverted mind, joins, that is, focuses and meditates, then the goddess who bestows great bliss in the dhūtī, that is, the nature of the sow-faced woman, the letter ཨཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: अं, Romanized Sanskrit: aṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: ཨཾ་), by meditating on that, in that place of the channel, it transforms into the nature of being able to gather the wind that travels in the ro rkyang. For example, when a jewel is placed on a white or red cloth, it transforms into that form. This means that by focusing on the important places of the body and meditating, by the power of the instructions, if one wants to gather the wind in that place, it becomes the supreme source of being able to gather it as desired. In the context of the completion stage, for those who meditate on letters and bindus like this, meditat

It is only within the vital nāḍī (dhūtī) that meditation is clearly visible. If this is not understood, one will not know how to gather the life force into the vital nāḍī (dhūtī) by relying on meditating on these objects. Thus, the essential meaning of the instruction will be lost. Therefore, seeing this as extremely important, the oral transmission and the treatises of the Hermit Lord, as well as the special commentary clarifying the methods of practice of Lūipa, and the treatises of Diligence Pal Bhadanta, and from the Ear of Manifest Realization of the Yoga Mother's Methods of Practice, it is explained how, at the crucial points of the channels, by focusing on letters and so on and meditating, the life-winds flowing from the left and right are stopped and transformed into the exertion of life-force. This is explained in detail in the commentary on Lūipa's Completion Stage, so it should be understood from there, as I have not written it here for fear of too many words. Regarding the first line, "sound and," the 'Gos translation says, "Sound and bindu are suppressed." Another translation says, "Bindu nāda is suppressed." Therefore, according to the view of all translations, it refers to meditating on the syllable Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,Devanagari:हुं,IAST:huṃ,meaning: Hūṃ) with bindu and nāda located at the crown of the head. Here, some previous lamas took a Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,Devanagari:हुं,IAST:huṃ,meaning: Hūṃ) from the Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,Devanagari:हुं,IAST:huṃ,meaning: Hūṃ) in the guru's heart, extracted it from the right nostril, and inserted it into the disciple's left nostril, placing it on the moon in their heart. They thought that the rays of that Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,Devanagari:हुं,IAST:huṃ,meaning: Hūṃ) filled the disciple's entire body with white or red light, like flames. They did this as the meaning of the second line, "sound and," to bless the disciple. And some other lamas hold a different object of focus that is inconsistent with this. They want to bless the disciple with the meaning of the two words "sound and." In general, there is no contradiction in holding such an object of focus and blessing the disciple beforehand. However, it does not seem appropriate to explain these as the meaning of the two words "sound and." Secondly, if someone asks, then what will happen from focusing on the vital point in the heart and meditating? After meditating in this way, from then on, the darkness of ignorance of this meditator will be destroyed, that is, the lord of destruction, that is, the chief, the Bhagavan, will appear, and that is also very fierce and has a chain of burning flames, and the appearance known as the great glorious Heruka is just that. This is he (ཧེ་,Devanagari:हे,IAST:he,meaning: he) and ru (རུ་,Devanagari:रु,IAST:ru,meaning: ru) and
