It seems to be an explanation that does not understand the meaning. My own tradition is that the co-emergent wisdom, which has been praised for its many merits, needs to be generated, and its method also needs to be shown as described below. The above verse and the two lines "The mind endowed with sound and bindu," it is meaningless to separate the ways of establishing the mind differently. Second, there are two parts: the preliminary stage of generating the inconceivable stage, and the actual way of generating the inconceivable stage. First, there are two parts: the way to generate samadhi by relying on the increase of white bodhicitta, and the way to generate samadhi by relying on the increase of red bodhicitta. First, there are three parts: the way to generate samadhi from pressing the central heart of the dhuti nadi, the stage of self-blessing; the way to generate samadhi from pressing the upper and lower ends of the dhuti nadi, the stage of various vajras; and the way to generate samadhi by relying on the four mudras, the stage of filling treasures. First, there are two parts: a brief explanation and a detailed explanation. First, there are four parts: identifying the method of co-emergent appearance, showing the arising of the heruka of true meaning from it, determining the nature of the heruka, and showing the name of the stage. The first is: If it is necessary to generate the co-emergent bliss that reverses the mind from the object and thus expresses its own meaning, then how should this bliss be generated? Sound is the nada that is emitted. Bindu is the subsequent a sound, and the mind with these two is the essence of the mind-representing hum syllable. In short, the white hum syllable, with a crescent moon and bindu nada on its head. Such a hum syllable should be placed in the center of the heart chakra, that is, placed, and the mind should be held with it. Some lamas think that the hum syllable is meditated in the center of the union of white and red bindu, which is in accordance with many other texts, so it is good. Then, when the hum syllable is meditated in the heart during the generation stage, what is the special difference between meditating it at this time in the completion stage? This is a question with realization, and it is very important, so it needs to be explained, these two are very good.

Because there seem to be so many explanations of "Rama" in Tibet. In the generation stage, it is just a general meditation on the heart in the middle of the two breasts. In the completion stage, it is not enough to just say "the heart of the body" in general. It is necessary to meditate on the nadi Avadhuti in the center of the heart chakra. As the Samputa, the explanatory tantra of the Chakrasamvara Root Tantra, says: "The lotus in the heart, with eight petals and a heart essence. The nadi that grows within it, has the nature of a lamp. Like the flower of an aquatic plant, it stretches out and its mouth faces downwards. The hero who dwells within it, is as thick and thin as a mustard seed. The indestructible Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉字字面意思:吽) syllable seed, drips down like snow." The nadi that grows within it, which is mentioned here, is the heart essence, which is the central channel. "Dwelling within it" means that the Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉字字面意思:吽) syllable is meditated upon within the central channel. Although this is said when meditating on tummo based on the four chakras, it is the same in other completion stage practices. Therefore, the Compendium of Intentions says: "The wind that grows in the lotus of the heart, is the same as the white Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉字字面意思:吽) syllable. Whatever is thought and meditated upon is equally placed, and will not be bound by objects, etc." This should also be in accordance with this. It is also said below: "The mind that is drawn by forms, etc., and shaken by its own nature, should be stabilized in the heart." This is also the reason. The key to pressing the vital points of one's own body when inducing innate wisdom is also the nadi Avadhuti. As the Compendium of Intentions says: "If Kjangma and Roma are separated, having the nature of Ali and Kali, with the nature of cause and effect, having the form of the four joys. The nature of innate joy, the supreme sovereign mother of non-duality, conventional like the present, the form of stainless bliss." Here it is said that the nature of Ali is Kjangma, and the nature of Kali is Roma, the supreme sovereign mother Dhuti, who dwells on the left and right sides, is the nature of innate joy. Svabhava (藏文:སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ།) can refer to both nature and arising, but here it refers to the meaning of arising joy and bliss. The four joys are the nature of cause and effect, with the former being the cause and the latter being the effect, and Dhuti descends like the present.
