Although it is said that one should abide in a state of not thinking about anything, this requires focusing on pressing the body at a crucial point. However, neither of these involves focusing on pressing the body at a crucial point. Also, some former lamas, in their own consort's Dharma source, say: Place your mind in the bindu of the red Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) that arises from your own red Hūṃ vajra, in the tip of that which has the form of a single-pointed vajra, with the red Hūṃ facing upwards, and abide without thinking about anything else. This explanation seems good. The sequence of various vajras for meditating on the seed syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ). The term "various vajras" refers to making the form of a crossed vajra, and meditating by arranging the vajra with seed syllables (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) on the same basis in various places of the body. Because various qualities are accomplished, it is established as two ways of the sequence of various vajras. The sequence of various vajras explained from "arranging on the eyes" to "will be enjoyed" should be done according to the latter. Thus, when the mind becomes stable by arranging the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) on the tip of the secret place's vajra, the winds of the right and left enter the central channel from the lower end of the dhūti, and the downward-clearing wind reverses upwards, thereby stimulating the tummo. The second is: after the mind is firmly held on the bindu of the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) at the tip of the secret place's vajra, the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) is arranged on the tip of the extremely subtle vajra. Arranging it on the two eyes and making the mind that combines with it stable, one will see the three worlds. Similarly, apply the stability of the mind placed on the ears, nose, and root of the tongue, etc. Placing it on the skin is placing it on the doors of the body's senses, either meditating on it pervading the entire body or considering it as the nature of every subtle particle of the body's senses, and focusing the mind on the space between the eyebrows. Placing the vajra with seed syllables (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) on the four chakras refers to placing it on the dhūti at the center of the four chakras. The best of the gods are Indra and so on. In other translations, it says the best of the goddesses. The third is: the sequence of various vajras for accomplishing various qualities, its object is with seed syllables (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ). The second is: that is the seed syllable (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ), that is, explaining the sequence of various vajras without letters.

O! The space between the eyebrows is the upper end of the central channel. The mind of visualization will appear as the shape of the sun. It is said, but some old translations say, "Visualize the shape of the sun in the space between the eyebrows, and observe with the mind." This is better. Therefore, within the upper end of the central channel, visualize a subtle sun shape, and first observe with the mind. Above that, visualize the shape of the moon, which means that when the previous visualization is stable, visualize a very subtle moon-shaped bindu on top of the sun, and hold the mind. When it is stable, visualize a collection of stars on top of the moon, and hold the mind. The collection of stars is a bindu with the shape of stars. Considering the meaning of "collection," on top of the moon, the center is a blue bindu, the east is white, the south is yellow, the west is red, and the north is green. Some predecessors say to visualize it as the nature of the five Tathagata families. Some say that the center is the same as before, the bottom is white, the right is yellow, the top is red, and the left is green. As said before, one should repeatedly practice holding the mind within the upper end of the central channel. From this, the left and right winds enter the navel within the upper end of the central channel, and the three, entering, abiding, and dissolving, occur. From this, the great bliss of co-emergence arises, and because the mind combined with emptiness becomes stable on the unconditioned, the practitioner will achieve Buddhahood. The method of obtaining unconditioned samadhi is: for example, if one stares at a line on the hand and looks without blinking, after a while the eyes will blur, and the lines will become unclear and disappear. Similarly, it is not good to think that meditating by focusing on the previous object of focus will be the same. Because for this kind of unconditioned samadhi, it is necessary to become familiar with the meaning of reality for a long time, so that the appearance of the grasper and the grasped becomes unclear. Then, if so, this later one should not be called "the sequence of various vajras," because the meditation of any vajra does not appear. If it is just as said before, then that is indeed the case. However, visualize a very subtle vajra within the upper end of the central channel, and visualize the sun at its tip.
