Having entered, from the vajra path, enter the lotus of the mother, and from the path of the ḍākinī, arise upwards, emerge from the mouth of the chief mother, enter one's own mouth, and dissolve into the nāda. Again, meditate on saṃsāra and nirvāṇa as before, and recite, this is the recitation of the ḍolī. Strive to keep the mind unscattered, and avoid the faults of recitation such as being too fast or too slow, too loud, deviating from the standard of length, and reciting the opposite of these. Make the thumb into a hook, and recite in the manner of summoning the deities. Here, there are both mental recitation and vajra recitation, as well as vocal recitation. Among these, those recitations that are not distracted from the nature of the session are counted, but recitations between sessions, and recitations when the mind is distracted, etc., although they do not contribute to the count, are still said to be recitations. For empowering others, performing self-entry, and consecration, etc., it is very important to first engage in approach, of which there are two types. The extensive practice is: the chief father and mother each recite three million times, each deity of the three wheels recites two million times, and each of the other twelve goddesses recites six thousand five hundred times. The intermediate and concise practices are: the chief deity recites one hundred thousand times, and the retinue each recites ten thousand times.\ Common to both the extensive and concise practices is reciting the mantra for invoking wisdom one million times, and the mantra of the chief deity is said to be the heart mantra, which also represents the others. The second is: arrange tormas with worldly and transworldly offerings, including meat and alcohol, etc., and purify them with the mantra of the four-faced or severed-birth mother. Purify them into emptiness with स्वाभाव (Tibetan: སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: स्वभाव, Sanskrit Romanization: svabhāva, nature). From emptiness, from यं (Tibetan: ཡཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: य, Sanskrit Romanization: yaṃ, wind) arises a blue wind mandala, shaped like a bow, marked with a banner. Above that, from रं (Tibetan: རཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: र, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, fire) arises a triangular fire mandala. The three corners are marked with रं (Tibetan: རཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: र, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, fire) or burning flames. Above that, from the three syllables ༀ་ཨཱཿ ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan: ༀ་ཨཱཿ ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Om Ah Hum) arise three supports made of fresh human heads, upon which rests a skull cup made from the white letter A, half separated, white on the outside and red on the inside. Inside that, the substances of the torma, to the east is the secret medicine excrement arising from the white ༀ་ (Tibetan: ༀ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Om). To the north is the brain arising from the green खं (Tibetan: ཁཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: खं, Sanskrit Romanization: kham, khaṃ). To the west is the white bodhicitta arising from the red अཾ་ (Tibetan: ཨཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: aṃ, aṃ). To the south is rakta arising from the yellow त्रཾ་ (Tibetan: ཏྲཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: traṃ, traṃ). In the center is urine arising from the blue ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Hūṃ), again marked with these letters. Starting from the fire, to the corner

Between the peaceful and the center, circumambulate clockwise from Lam(藏文,ലാം,lām,seed syllable), Mam(藏文,মাম,mām,seed syllable), Pam(藏文,পাম,pām,seed syllable), Tam(藏文,তাম,tāṃ,seed syllable), Bam(藏文,বাম,bāṃ,seed syllable)in white, blue, red, green, and red. In sequence, contemplate the five meats of a bull, dog, elephant, horse, and human, again marked with these letters. Then, as the wind stirs, the heat of the blazing fire melts all the substances along with the letters, appearing reddish-yellow like the color of the rising sun. Above that, visualize a white khatvanga arising from a white Hum(藏文,हूं,hūṃ,seed syllable), of the nature of bodhicitta nectar, falling headfirst into the skull and melting. Consider those essences to become a cool, silver-colored liquid. Then, reciting Om(藏文,ॐ,oṃ,seed syllable)at the beginning of the vowels and consonants, and Hum(藏文,हूं,hūṃ,seed syllable)Hum(藏文,हूं,hūṃ,seed syllable)Phat(藏文,फट्,phaṭ,seed syllable)at the end, visualize those letters of various colors resting on the nectar. From the complete transformation of these, white Om(藏文,ॐ,oṃ,seed syllable), red Ah(藏文,आः,āḥ,seed syllable), and blue Hum(藏文,हूं,hūṃ,seed syllable)rest one above the other, radiating light. From there, invoke the nectar residing in the ocean and so forth, and from the heart-seeds of all the heroes and heroines dwelling in the ten directions, invoke the wisdom nectar. The light transforms all beings into deities of the three wheels, and the invoked heroes and heroines also melt, preceded by equal absorption, dissolving into the three letters. Contemplate these three letters gradually melting and dissolving into the skull, and bless them by reciting the three letters three times. For the torma guests, with the blazing mudra and mantra as previously described, invite all the guardians of the directions and their retinues residing in the charnel ground into the complete mandala, place them in front, and offer them with offerings such as water for washing. Then, the two hands completely transformed from A li Ka li, visualize the Hum(藏文,हूं,hūṃ,seed syllable)syllable in the center, transformed into the nature of the moon and sun. Then, reciting Om(藏文,ॐ,oṃ,seed syllable)Anyonya Anugata Sarva Dharma Bara Sphara Anu Pravishta Sarva Dharma Atyanta Anu Pravishta Sarva Dharma Om(藏文,ॐ,oṃ,seed syllable)Ah(藏文,आः,āḥ,seed syllable)Hum(藏文,हूं,hūṃ,seed syllable), with that as a prelude, the moon, sun, and Hum(藏文,हूं,hūṃ,seed syllable)completely transformed, in the palms of the hands making the vajra mudra, visualize the container of the nectar torma actually placed, or believe that it is placed. Then, in order for the guests to take possession of the torma, state your own wishes, such as the samaya dakini and the commitment dakini.
