The four right abandonments, which are to protect what has arisen (virtue), to abandon what has arisen (non-virtue), and not to generate what has not arisen (non-virtue), are, in order: Yama Firm Mother, Messenger Mother, Sharp-toothed Mother, and Destroyer Mother. Right Samadhi is what is said in Heruka, after which the four abandonments of accomplishing the favorable side and preventing the unfavorable side are explained. The thirty-three previous deeds of the favorable side are to understand that they must be practiced until Heruka is attained, so it is explained in the distinction clarifier. Second, contemplate the coarse and fine parts of one's own body, the channels and essences, as the dependent and supporting body mandala. In the second stage, from kneading the key points of the body, the heroes and yoginis bless the maturation of the continuum that gives rise to the extraordinary signs of the completion stage. The second contemplation of the body mandala has two parts: contemplating the coarse body as the dependent mandala and contemplating the subtle body as the supporting mandala. First, the method of this contemplation is the continuation of the previous generation of the Mount Meru and the palace, etc., in the generation stage. Now it is the method of entering by believing that the palace is not gathered. Contemplate that the later similar kind arises from the part of the body, relying on the previous similar kind of oneself. That is, the two feet are spread out in the shape of a bow, from which the wind in the shape of a bow is gradually accumulated. The intersection is in the shape of a triangle, from which the fire mandala is triangular. The abdomen is in the shape of a circle, from which the water mandala is circular. The heart is in the shape of a square, from which the earth mandala is square. The spine becomes Mount Meru. The thirty-two channels of the crown become lotuses. The body is equal in length, width, and height, from which the four-sided palace is equal on all four sides. The Heruka mandala, adorned with banners, half-nets, and other ornaments, is extremely beautiful. The eight legs become eight pillars. Contemplate that one's own body, speech, and mind become three wheels. Second, from the central channel in the center of the Dharma wheel in the heart, the bodhicitta descends like a drop of water. From the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), which is the size of a mustard seed, the Bhagavan Heruka is completely transformed. From the red part of the navel, the fire of the Fierce Mother.

From the complete transformation of the bindu of form arises the Bhagavati Vajravarahi. The two natures of spring and bindu meet in the heart and abide in samadhi. Among the four petal-nerves through which the winds of the four elements flow, located to the east of the heart, are the four: Kama, Kula, and Tuma. To the east is the Dakini, to the north is Lama, to the west is khaṇḍarohi (Sanskrit Devanagari: खण्डरोहि, Sanskrit Romanization: khaṇḍarohi, Literal meaning: The broken one), and to the south is Rupini. From the petal-nerves of the four offerings, such as the southeast, are four skull cups filled with the five amritas. In the twenty-four places, such as the crown of the head: Pū (པཱུ, Pu, pu, None), Jā (ཛཱ, Ja, ja, Born), O (ཨོ, O, o, Ah), A (ཨ, A, a, Ah), Go (གོ, Go, go, Go), Rā (རཱ, Rā, rā, Give), De (དེ, De, de, Give), Mā (མཱ, Mā, mā, Not), Kā (ཀཱ, Kā, kā, Do), O (ཨོ, O, o, Ah), Triko (ཏྲྀ ཀོ, Triko, triko, Triangle), Ka (ཀ, Ka, ka, Ka), La (ལ, La, la, La), Kā (ཀཱ, Kā, kā, Do), Hi (ཧི, Hi, hi, Hey), Pre (པྲེ, Pre, pre, Love), Gri (གྲི, Gri, gri, Grasp), Sau (སཽ, Sau, sau, Roar), Su (སུ, Su, su, Su), Na (ན, Na, na, Na), Si (སི, Si, si, Si), Ma (མ, Ma, ma, Ma), Ku (ཀུ, Ku, ku, Ku), etc., are completely transformed, adorned with bindus. Generate the form of the twenty-four chakras, which have the appearance of a thousand-spoked hollow-rimmed wheel, and believe that the twenty-four external places are real. Believe that the twenty-four nerves of the twenty-four places and the twenty-four elements within them are inseparable in nature. Think that from the complete transformation of the nerves and elements arise the twenty-four Yoginis and the twenty-four Heroes. On the crown of the head, at the hairline, at the place of Pūlliramalayana (པཱུལླི་ར་མ་ལ་ཡ་ན, Pulliramalayana, pulliramalayana, Pulliramalayana), the nerve is the irreversible mother, and teeth and nails fall away. From the complete transformation of one's own element and the two nerves arise khaṇḍa (Sanskrit Devanagari: खण्ड, Sanskrit Romanization: khaṇḍa, Literal meaning: Broken) kapāla (Sanskrit Devanagari: कपाल, Sanskrit Romanization: kapāla, Literal meaning: Skull cup) and the extremely wrathful mother. Similarly, combine: on the crown of the head, at Jalandhara (ཛཱ་ལནྡྷ་ར, Jalandhara, jalandhara, Jalandhara), the element and nerve are the subtle form mother, and hair and body hair fall away. From this arise Mahakamkala (Sanskrit Devanagari: महाकङ्कल, Sanskrit Romanization: mahākaṃkala, Literal meaning: Great skeleton) and the wrathful-eyed mother. In the right ear, at Auḍḍiyāna (ཨཽཌྜི་ཡ་ན, Auḍḍiyāna, auḍḍiyāna, Uddiyana), the element and nerve are the loving mother, and skin and impurities fall away. From this arise Kamkala (Sanskrit Devanagari: कङ्कल, Sanskrit Romanization: kaṃkala, Literal meaning: Skeleton) and the radiant mother. In the back of the neck, at Arbuda (ཨརྦུ་ཏར, Arbuda, arbuda, Arbuda), the element and nerve are the left mother, and flesh falls away. From this arise Mche ba rnam par gtsigs pa (牙齿完全突出) and the large-nosed mother, which is the place. In the left ear, at Godavari (གོ་དཱ་བ་རིར, Godāvarī, godāvarī, Godavari), the element and nerve are the short mother, and tendons fall away. From this arise Surabairina (Sanskrit Devanagari: सुरबैरिन, Sanskrit Romanization: surabairiṇa, Literal meaning: Surabairina) and the heroic-minded mother. Between the eyebrows, at Ramesari (ར་མེ་ཤཱ་རིར, Rameśarī, rameśarī, Rameshvari), the element and nerve are the turtle-born mother, and bones fall away. From this arise Amitabha and Kharbari. In the two eyes, at Devikota (དེ་བཱི་ཀོ་ཊིར, Devīkoṭi, devīkoṭi, Devikota), the element and nerve are the meditative mother, and the liver falls away. From this arise Vajra Light and the sovereign mother of Lanka. In the two shoulders, at Malava (མཱ་ལ་བར, Mālava, mālava, Malava), the element and nerve are the sovereign mother, and the heart falls away. From this arise Vajra Body and the tree-shade mother, which are nearby places, namely the heart chakra. In the two armpits, at Kamarupa (ཀཱ་མ་རཱུ་པར, Kāmarūpa, kāmarūpa, Kamarupa), the element and nerve are the sinful mother, and the eyes fall away. From this arise Sprout and the earth-protecting mother. In the two breasts, at Ota (ཨོ་ཊེར, Oṭa, oṭa, Ota), the element and nerve are the final mother, and bile falls away. From this arise
