These are the establishment and visualization of the main deity and its retinue. First: In the center of the lotus's heart, on the sun disc, is the Bhagavan Glorious Heruka, whose body is blue, with four faces, the main face black, the left face green, the back face red, and the right face yellow. Each face has three eyes, twelve arms, and holds a garland of five-pronged vajras on the forehead. The right leg is extended, trampling on the four-armed Black Terrifier, the first two hands in prayer, the remaining right hand holding a damaru drum, and the left hand holding a sword, pressing down on its head. The left leg is bent, trampling on the four-armed Red Time Goddess, the first two hands in prayer, the remaining two holding a skull cup and khatvanga, pressing down on her breasts. As the great adept said, the right foot tramples the Terrifier, and the left foot presses down on the Time Goddess. As stated in the thirty-second chapter of the Dictionary and the second chapter. Many sadhanas also say that the right foot extends to trample the Terrifier, and the left foot presses down on the Time Goddess, in that order. Both seats have one face and three eyes, adorned with five seals. The first two arms embrace Vajravarahi, the right hand holding a five-pronged vajra, and the left hand holding a bell. The next two arms hold the white elephant skin garment stained with blood, the right hand holding the left hand, and the left hand holding the left foot skin on its back with a threatening gesture. Extending and holding, the tips of the two threatening fingers are located at the eyebrows. The third right hand holds a damaru drum, the fourth holds a battle-axe, the fifth holds a curved knife, and the sixth holds a three-pronged spear. The third left hand holds the khatvanga, the nature of bodhicitta marked with a vajra, which is a white stick with a black five-pronged vajra at the top, under which are arranged three human heads in order: dry white, old red, and wet black. In the middle of the stick is a multicolored vajra, and below it is a yellow vase. The lower end is a single-pronged vajra, which is held for offering and is related to holding. This is the common intention of the Dictionary, the Varahi Wisdom Light Sadhana, and the Differentiation Clarification. The fourth holds a skull cup filled with blood, the taste of great bliss, the fifth holds a vajra hook, the sixth
