It is so. Although it has no manifest cause and effect, in the conventional sense, visualize the thirty-seven deities formed from wind and mind, clear and complete like reflections, appearing distinctly like a rainbow with unmixed colors, and free from exaggeration and slander like the moon in water. Such a union of conventional and luminous ultimate truth is the great Bodhicitta, the fourth empowerment. Meditate as taught. Among the Tibetan scholars, this method is excellent for fully receiving the four empowerments, especially as it accords with the intention of the noble father and sons, so it is supreme. Thus, it is upheld. Such union is introduced with the fourth empowerment, and establishing the attainment of the fourth empowerment that makes one a qualified vessel is also the view of Drilbu Zhub. Therefore, it is practiced in the same way in the Mother Tantra Chakrasamvara, not covered up by others. In Tibet, when briefly receiving the four empowerments of Samadhi, it seems that most rely only on the emission and absorption of light from the three syllables, but few seem to have well entered the meaning of the Tantras as in the previous views of the two scholars. Therefore, relying on any extensive or concise Sadhana, it is seen as extremely important to receive the brief four empowerments as before, so it is explained in detail. The method of doing so, with the family lord sealing it, Jowo does it after the water empowerment, and Tso Kye does it at the end after all four empowerments have been received, either way is fine. In the two commentaries, it is said that the deities are completed and born from the remnants of the water, which means that the remnants of the water that entered the body from the crown of the head, residing in the topknot, are completely transformed, and from this the deities are born. Among them, the main deity is sealed with Akshobhya (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), the sow-faced mother is sealed with Vairochana (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), the four Dakinis are sealed with Ratnasambhava (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), and the deities of mind, speech, body, and Samaya are sealed in order with Akshobhya (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), Amitabha (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), Vairochana (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), and Amoghasiddhi (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思). In the small treatise, it is also said that except for the sow-faced mother, the others are explained in the same way. In the five deities, the main deity is sealed with Vajrasattva (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), the consort is sealed with Akshobhya (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), and the Dakinis are sealed counterclockwise with Nityata, Amoghasiddhi, Amitabha, and Ratnasambhava. In Lāvapa's commentary, in other instances, the main deity is the same as before.

If the consort is black, use Akshobhya (Tibetan: མི་བསྐྱོད་པ་); if red, use Vajrasattva (Tibetan: རྡོར་སེམས་); the four yoginis are like the five deities; the deities of the three wheels are the same as before. Among the eight gate guardian mothers, the two in the east and southeast use Vairochana (Tibetan: རྣམ་སྣང་); the two in the south and southwest use Ratnasambhava (Tibetan: རིན་འབྱུང); the two in the west and northwest use Amitabha (Tibetan: འོད་དཔག་མེད་); the two in the north and northeast also empower with Amoghasiddhi. In the small text, it says: "For all empowerments with nectar, hold the vajra symbol." And it says: "It is the condensed crown of condensation." Thus, like the sixty-two deities of the Bell tradition, for the condensed deity, one should make a condensed crown, which is said to hold the vajra symbol. Although this seems like marking the crown with a vajra, everything is empowered by Akshobhya, which is the expansion and contraction of the former and latter. Even so, it does not contradict empowering with the five families, because each of the five families also has five minor families. The empowerment of the main deity of the first empowerment is the empowerment of the result on the cause, the consort's is the empowerment of the form body on the dharma body, and those below are for the sake of determining their respective families. After the family lord empowers, the empowerment deity is absorbed into oneself, which is the explicit intent stated by Jowo. Thus, empowerment has eight necessities: to dispel obstacles and obscurations, to be suitable as a vessel for recitation and meditation, to have power to accomplish peaceful and other activities, to restore degenerated bodhicitta, to restore degenerated vows and commitments, and to receive empowerment by the Buddha in the future, as stated by Jowo. Fifth, offering and praising the deities, in the context of offering, although only mantra offerings are mentioned in the text, Lawapa said: "From then on, the offering precedes, one should taste the nectar offered by the goddess Roma. One should praise with mantras from the heart essence and so on to the eight-syllable mantra." As he said, Prajñārakṣita also said so. In Jowo's commentary, there are vase empowerment, and the related outer, black, secret, and suchness offerings. Tasting the nectar related to the secret, and the offering of initiating joy related to wisdom and knowledge.
