One should also hold the forms of those deities. During the time of practice, it is said that one should not perform prostrations or other actions externally, except to the guru. As explained in this tantra, the union that has been well contemplated is such that the yogi himself, having completely abandoned all fears such as shyness towards others, should practice with great intelligence. How should one practice? One should abide in the samaya, inseparable in the essence of bliss and emptiness, the innate bliss that is the supreme of the assemblies of the three realms' wheel. In such a manner, the universal practice of the five mudra families is considered and established as being within the single family of innate wisdom. One should understand that. Without discriminating the characteristics of self and other, with the object of that, with the nature of the mind of destruction, one practices with the general qualities of desire and, in particular, the five such as the forms of the mudras, for the sake of increasing the samadhi of bliss and emptiness. By enjoying in this way, the basis of bliss increases as the body increases, and from that comes great bliss, and from that comes the increase of samadhi. Having completely abandoned all doubts that such things should not be done and that practicing in this way will lead to the inexhaustible arising of offspring, the heroic yogi practices fearlessly like a lion. Thus, abiding in the samadhi of the state of glorious Heruka, even the movements of the body and the indifferent speech of the voice accomplish the binding of the mudras and the accumulation similar to reciting mantras. As it is said in the Universal Conduct: "Abiding in the state of glorious Heruka, the movements of the limbs and the many differences of speech are all mudras and secret mantras." Thus, those methods of subsequent practice arise from the Universal Conduct and the Nomenclature. At the time of bathing, one should perform the ritual of empowerment by the deities. At the time of eating, one should instantly visualize the mandala of one's own body clearly. The bali offering should be done with the ritual as previously explained, or it should be blessed with the three syllables, reciting "Om Kha Kha" (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,oṃ kha kha,嗡,吃,吃) once, and as explained in the commentaries, one should offer the bali to the guardians of the directions. After that, one should purify one's own food and drink with the ritual of burning, etc.

The intermediate commentaries say that in the Vinaya Source it says: The Lama Hero Yogini, should be offered to and subsequently enjoyed. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ, with this mantra, should always be blessed. Ha Ho Hrīḥ, with this mantra, should be purified and realized. The syllable Ha steals the color, the syllable Ho steals the smells, the syllable Hrīḥ destroys the power, and also relies on the form of nectar. Separate from the Three Lords, etc., if one drinks with desire, then there is no doubt that it will turn into poison, and the real accomplishment of the mantra will not arise. As it is said, it must be done like that. The way to do it is, in the commentary on the Vinaya Source it says: In the right hand, imagine a wheel born from the syllable Ho, the nature of Vairocana, marked with the syllable Ho, and then place the vessel of substances on it. In the left hand, the nature of the endless appearance born from the syllable Ha, an eight-petaled red lotus marked with the syllable Ha, contemplate this to make the mouth auspicious. On top of the substance, look at the syllable Hrīḥ residing on the sun, which is the nature of Akshobhya. Recite those three mantras three times or five times or seven times, and imagine that to the right of the syllable Hrīḥ is Oṃ, to the left is Āḥ, and in front is Hūṃ, and then recite Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ as before. Offer to the Lama, the Hero, and the Yogini, and then partake of it yourself. The fault of partaking without doing so is explained by the four lines beginning with the Three Lords. Stealing the faults of color, smell, and power with Ha, etc., is purification. Eliminating faults and making it nectar is realization. Multiplying it greatly is making it blaze. This must be enjoyed in turn with food and drink, because if it is not done like that, it is said that there will be great faults. Then, with the pride of believing that all dharmas are equality preceding it, recite: Oṃ Samaya Śuddha Sarva Dharmaḥ Samaya Śuddho'haṃ. Samaya here means equality, and Śuddha means purity. Then, transform the tongue into a vajra as before, and bless it. By enjoying it, imagine that the Hūṃ Maṃ residing in the navel, the red and white Nada, is offered to the nature of all the deities and they are satisfied. Eating in such a way is able to purify sins, as it says in the Four Seats: Whatever small amount of food and drink, after dedicating it, should be eaten.
