This is earth. Where flowers etc. are placed, what floats on top is water. What dries it without residue is fire. What flows within the veins is wind. The practitioner says, the non-dual one is the turtle. Thus, it is also recited without the sound of "also". In one of the two commentaries on the Root Tantra, it says, "The heavy ashes themselves are, likewise, the remaining head is dry." And another says, "The remaining head, dry, is a weapon." Thus it is said, the heavy one is earth, the ashes are water, likewise is wind, the dry head is fire, what is born from the great conch is a bird. As it is said, there are also those who recite that what is born from the great mountain is a bird. That is Mount Sumeru, or it is said, it speaks of the order of egg-born beings other than the order of god-born beings. Another says, the weapon is explained as wind, the rest is the same. Kongkana, Kalden Drakpa, Langka, and Dpawo Dorje do not connect the elements piled in order and the generation of Mount Sumeru. The first takes a dry piece of human head and makes a great conch. The second takes the bones of cattle and buffalo etc. and makes a rosary of individual actions. The third takes an undamaged dry head and makes a great conch, or the skull of a turtle. The fourth takes a dry human head and makes great bliss. The turtle is the skull. Although it is said so, the intention of the bell-and-vajra practitioner and the practitioner is to apply it to the elements piled in order etc., and the great conch can also be translated as great bliss, so one should believe that the elements piled in order are of the nature of great bliss, and there are also those who explain the meaning of "also" as the meaning of "also", not only that, but also meditate on Mount Sumeru indicated by the symbol of the turtle, and it should be explained as believing that it is of the nature of great bliss. According to the system of both the Black Bell, it seems to be used only when generating the support, because according to that system, the words of the turtle etc. do not fit the generation ritual of the deity. Mount Sumeru and the lotus are clearly stated in the Root Tantra: "On the top of the mountain, various lotuses, in the center generate Ā (藏文:ཨཱ།,梵文天城体:आ,ā,阿), Kāli (藏文:ཀཱ་ལི།,梵文天城体:काली,kālī,时母)." Thus it is said. In the Tantra Compendium explaining that meaning, it says, "In the form of the support and the supported, contemplate Bhairava (藏文:བྷེ་རཾ།,梵文天城体:भैरव,bhairava,怖畏) and Bhala (藏文:བྷ་ལ།,梵文天城体:भला,bhalā,吉祥) etc."
