The Manifestation. It clearly illuminates the entire collection of activities. Although it is said that the activities of the Chakrasamvara are manifested, if it is established as a tantra only by this, then Vajrayogini and Guhyasamaja, etc., will also become tantras. Therefore, it seems good to consider this as a tantra of the same category. The union of the four yoginis is also thought to be similar. Thus, there are six that are said to be tantras. The explanatory tantras of the body, speech, and mind wheels of Chakrasamvara, the eight tantras emanating from the twenty-four places, totaling thirty-two. Among these, some Tibetan scholars add the Stainless Tantra to the emanating tantras to make eight, while others do not count the Great Powerful Wisdom King Tantra, but add the Stainless and the two Rigi Arali to make eight. However, Rigi Arali is neither an explanatory tantra of Chakrasamvara, nor should it be mixed with them. The Stainless seems to be a genuine tantra. These have been known as controversial tantras since ancient times, and there are some that are definitely not genuine tantras, while others seem to be a basis for doubt, so they should be examined carefully. Thus. There is also doubt about the tantra that is equal to space. The tantra in which the body, speech, and mind of all the dakinis are non-dual, the inconceivable Vajravarahi appears, its root tantra has ten chapters, and the subsequent tantra has two chapters. Also, the tantra of Varahi's manifestation has twenty-two chapters, said to be translated by the translator Yeshe Sangpo. These two seem to be false tantras. It is also said that the great tantra of the Magical Net, extracted from the three hundred thousand verses, the tantra with hair standing on end. This, called the Great Illusion Tantra, seems to be a small tantra of Maitri Khachod taken out separately. The place where the Chakrasamvara tantra was spoken, in the commentary on the Manifestation, it is said to have been spoken on the summit of Mount Meru. The place where the beings to be tamed were subdued is said to be Jambudvipa. The commentary on the root tantra is said to have been composed by Indrabhuti. It is said that it was first spoken on the summit of Mount Meru, and later spoken at Drepung Monastery. As for when it was spoken, it is said in the commentary composed by Acharya Vajra.

Although some believe that this was spoken when subduing the Lord of Time with two kinds of connections, Tibetan lamas consider it to have been spoken during the age of strife. As it says in the Ocean of Dakinis: "In the land of the age of strife, the Bhagavan Infinite One spoke these words, the tantra spoken by Shakya Simha." In the commentary, it is also said that the extensive tantra of the Ocean of Dakinis was spoken by Shakya Simha during the age of strife, and this also represents others. Although some commentaries on the root tantra say that it was not repeated, it is better to follow the previous statement. As it says in the Gur: "In the degenerate age, for the sake of those who have short lives and are overwhelmed by afflictions, it was spoken by abridging from the extensive root tantra." This is known. As stated in the Upper Commentary of Chakrasamvara, the teacher is said to be Heruka. In the root tantra, it also says: "It was spoken by the hero after abridging it." Thus it is said. The questioner is said to be Vajravarahi in that very text, and there is also a way in which Vajrapani asked. The compiler, as it says in the Ocean of Dakinis: "Through compiling and so on, one obtains the state of transcending oneself. All the assembled mothers compiled it in the vajra places. What is agreed upon by each other is that they pray and make supplications. The Bhagavan's words, they are very delighted with these words." Thus, the yoginis compiled it in the vajra places, and the place spoken of is Oddiyana. There are also many different statements about the compiler. Secondly, if you want to know the meaning of the fifty-one chapters of the root tantra, by which tantra and in what way it is explained, then the main meaning of the root tantra to be explained is, if summarized into three points: the empowerment section that makes the tantra a suitable vessel, the practice of the two stages of the path, and the fruit of the two. Among them, the root tantra says: "Before a mantra practitioner sees the mandala, if someone considers himself a yogi, it is like striking the sky with a fist, and like drinking water from a mirage." Therefore, after entering the mandala, one is shown the deity, and a yogi who practices the path without receiving empowerment is like drinking water from a mirage, the desired meaning will never be accomplished. Therefore, empowerment is very important. Moreover, the second, third, and fourth chapters of the root tantra, etc.
