The method of practice: If it seems more subtle and difficult than visualizing the outer mandala, it is permissible to visualize a one-faced, two-armed deity for the time being. Here, a minor treatise states: "If one delights in examination and elaboration, the Dharma wheel has four petals, the color is clear, from the navel Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) radiates light, the essence of skillful means and wisdom is clear." It seems to say that both the father and mother deities arise from the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), and it also describes visualizing the body mandala from Hūṃ and so on, as if it were done for those who delight in elaboration. However, in the Saṃbhūṭa, it is said that the hero Heruka arises from the spring, and the mistress without self arises from the bindu. In the Spring Bindu, it says: "In its center dwells the hero, the size of a large mustard seed, the seed of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) is indestructible, it falls like snow. It is called Vasanta, it gladdens the hearts of all beings. The mouth of the vulture is the form of fire, the sow is called Tilaka. Driven by the wind of karma, it blazes from the center of the navel wheel. It is pleased by meeting Vasanta, it dwells perfectly by entering into samadhi." Here, the excrement of the sow is also added, and the Tilaka bindu is said to be the red spot in the navel, so it should arise from the red spot in the navel, because there is a very profound connection of interdependent origination for the arising of the innate excellence there. The Bell tradition did not directly say this, considering that it can be understood through the explanation of the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). So, does it arise from the red spot in the navel and then abide in the navel? Or does it create the appearance of the father and mother in union in the heart? Although in the Guhyasamāja Ārya tradition, there is also the practice of visualizing the father and mother abiding separately in the body mandala, here, although the arising is from the red spot in the navel, the place of abiding is in the heart, in the manner of union with the father, which can also be understood by relying on the last two lines quoted earlier. Therefore, it is not done here as Nyima Drak did, placing Heruka in the heart and the sow in the navel. "Delighting in elaboration" means, or having already accomplished and making it clear, it does not mean that if one delights in elaboration, one arises from the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) and so on, because if it were so, then this would not be the body mandala of the generation stage, because there is no newly arising deity. It says, "All unclear veins and knots, believe and remember as the pure deity," therefore, this practitioner is not someone who can instantly remember and perfect all the deities and be able to visualize them clearly.

那一品中提到母字,注释解释为 bindu(藏文,梵文天城体bindu,梵文罗马拟音bindu,点)的意思。第二十六品中也说:“ka(藏文,梵文天城体ka,梵文罗马拟音ka,ka)等二十四个,头上压着 bindu(藏文,梵文天城体bindu,梵文罗马拟音bindu,点)。” 四个中性的字母加上 bindu(藏文,梵文天城体bindu,梵文罗马拟音bindu,点)的四个是四位心要的瑜伽母的种子字,末尾四个处所加上 bindu(藏文,梵文天城体bindu,梵文罗马拟音bindu,点)的四个是四位门母,四个暖相加上 bindu(藏文,梵文天城体bindu,梵文罗马拟音bindu,点)的四个是四位界母的种子字,那八个的顶端和末尾加上ༀ་(藏文,梵文天城体oṃ,梵文罗马拟音oṃ,唵)等的方式如前所述。

because it appears as the ritual. Therefore, if the clarity of the outer mandala is stable, then generate and meditate on it briefly in turn. Gradually enjoy examining, and if there is something to think about, then meditate on each one in order. This means that for meditating on the body mandala alone, it is necessary to first meditate on the outer mandala, which is the intention of Vajra Dakini. Fifth, if the main deity and the twelve yoginis are generated from seed syllables, the small treatise says, "On the upper and lower parts of the body, twenty-four including puja, remember the nature of the three wheels." So, is it reasonable to think that the mother is generated from the syllable vaṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari vam, Romanized Sanskrit vam, water), and the forty-eight deities are generated from the twenty-four letters? From the twenty-four letters, many reliable texts say that the twenty-four places of the body are generated, but it is not said to be the seed syllable of the deity, so it is not reasonable. If the reasoning of other deities is covered, and the remaining deities are generated from letters, there is nothing wrong with that, just like Guhyasamaja. If generated, then in the Abhisamayalankara, after saying that the top of each letter of the five categories of ka ca ṭa ta pa (Tibetan, Devanagari kacatatapā, Romanized Sanskrit kacatatapā, ka ca ṭa ta pa) is decorated with a bindu (Tibetan, Devanagari bindu, Romanized Sanskrit bindu, dot), it says, "From this, fragments of skulls and all the wrathful mothers, are the wheels of body, speech, and mind." As it is said, the twenty-four fragments of skulls, etc., from kaṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari kam, Romanized Sanskrit kam, kaṃ) to bham (Tibetan, Devanagari bham, Romanized Sanskrit bham, bhaṃ), should be taken as the seed syllables of the twenty-four pairs of heroes and heroines. In that chapter, the mother letter is mentioned, and the commentary explains it as the meaning of bindu (Tibetan, Devanagari bindu, Romanized Sanskrit bindu, dot). The twenty-sixth chapter also says, "The twenty-four, ka (Tibetan, Devanagari ka, Romanized Sanskrit ka, ka), etc., with bindu (Tibetan, Devanagari bindu, Romanized Sanskrit bindu, dot) pressed on the head." This is in accordance with this. At the top of each of those, add oṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari oṃ, Romanized Sanskrit oṃ, Om) and at the end add hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ (Tibetan, Devanagari hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ, Romanized Sanskrit hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ, Hum Hum Phat), which are also said to be mantras in the root tantra and commentary. The four neuter letters with bindu (Tibetan, Devanagari bindu, Romanized Sanskrit bindu, dot) added are the seed syllables of the four essential yoginis, the four places at the end with bindu (Tibetan, Devanagari bindu, Romanized Sanskrit bindu, dot) added are the four door goddesses, and the four warmths with bindu (Tibetan, Devanagari bindu, Romanized Sanskrit bindu, dot) added are the seed syllables of the four boundary goddesses. The top of those eight and the way to add oṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari oṃ, Romanized Sanskrit oṃ, Om), etc., at the end are explained as before. However, it is also good to do as it is said in each of the treatises. The second part has three points: explaining the reason why the body mandala is supreme, explaining the ten places, etc., in conjunction with the ten bhumis, and the way to generate the places and the way to meditate on which deity there. The first point is: after meditating on the consistent aspects, then different from that
