And the three, contemplate that a round water mandala arises from the round belly, and a square earth mandala arises from the square heart. As it is said in the Sambhuta: "A great wind arises at the soles of the feet, and remains in the shape of a bow. At the place of the three junctions, likewise, is a triangular flame. With the shape of a circle, water remains in the belly. The heart is also earth, and is square in all directions." It is said. The meaning of this needs to be explained from the perspective of the two stages of generation and completion. Here, it is explained from the perspective of the body mandala of the generation stage. As the Ghantapada says: "Feet, three junctions, navel, heart, are wind, fire, water, and earth." That is how it is. Here, it arises from the four mandalas that were previously generated and still exist, and the four parts of the body that have their shapes, but it does not arise from the wind at the soles of the feet. If it is the completion stage, then the four mandalas do not arise. This should also be understood for the following. The two situations spoken of from the perspective of the two stages should be distinguished separately. Also, Ghantapada says: "The spine is like Mount Sumeru." This is also the meaning of the tantra. Then, regarding the generation of the palace, in the Vajra Garland it is said: "Many parts of the body arise as the various parts of the palace." This is the extensive explanation. Here, just as all the outer palaces arise from a single Bhrūṃ syllable, Ghantapada says: "The body is an equal square, the ornaments are extremely beautiful Heruka, it is considered the body mandala." It means that from the equal places of the body up, down, left, and right, a square palace with equal sides arises, and one contemplates the body mandala of the Heruka deity, which is extremely beautiful with ornaments such as father pillars and half-nets. This is the concise explanation. Regarding the generation of the palace, the Sambhuta says: "Because all things are equal, it is called a square." That is the meaning. Also, it says: "One's own eight limbs appear, and remain surrounded by pillars." The eight limbs that are spoken of, as it is said in the Vajra Garland: "Do as it is said for the eight feet." The Manye says: "Head, feet, four limbs, heart, navel, are said to be eight." The nature of body, speech, and mind, three
