It is only mentioned in "Four Boundaries and Two Forms," without clearly specifying the colors of each. Therefore, it is best to rely on nomenclature to determine the colors. Luipa is also the same. In the fourth chapter of the nomenclature, the eight "Great Power" and others have one face and four arms, with the right hand extended, and the first right hand holding a wheel. Except for this, the other three hand gestures are the same. In the fifth chapter, the eight "Sprout-bearing" and others, except for the first right hand holding a lotus, the rest are the same as before. In the sixth chapter, the eight "Skull Fragment" and others, the face, arms, etc., are the same as previously described. Although it is said that the twenty-four yoginis have one face and two arms, they do not have curved knives in their hands. Therefore, the number of faces and arms of the twenty-four yoginis, and the hand gestures, are consistent with behavior. The first right hand of all twenty-four heroes holds a vajra, which is also based on behavior. Then, in the nomenclature, regarding the four-faced, twelve-armed Chakrasamvara, according to the division of body, speech, mind, vow, and wisdom, there are many sayings about the five families of Chakrasamvara, etc. So, to which family does this mandala of Lo and Tril belong? In the commentary of Jowo Chenpo, it says: "The practice of the sixth family Heruka by Yoga自在Luipa, explains the meaning of the fundamental great mandala according to the tantra." It is very good to consider this lineage of Luipa as the sixth among the families, and the fundamental great mandala among the mandalas. Because in the nomenclature, when discussing the differences in families, it is said that the heroes have hand gestures of their respective families, such as wheels, lotuses, and vajras. But here, the main hand gesture of all twenty-four heroes, the hand gesture of the first right hand, is only the vajra. Moreover, the body heroes have a garland of wheels on their foreheads, and the speech heroes have a garland of lotuses on their foreheads. But here it says: "All the heroes and yoginis have a garland of vajras on their foreheads." And, most of the other mandalas mentioned seem to be additions and subtractions to this mandala.

Similarly, know the twenty-first (or thirty-second) of the bell and vajra feet. Therefore, this mandala is the supreme among the Chakrasamvara mandalas. Establishing the deities of the three wheels as body, speech, and mind refers to establishing them as the families of Vairocana, Amitabha, and Akshobhya. This mandala is a collection of families, so there must also be individual families, but it is not like the individual single families that are not collected. In the Compendium of Names, it says: The deities of mind, speech, and body, some walk in the sky, some walk on the earth, and some walk under the earth. In the Compendium of Practices, it says: Walking among them. The meaning is: The four deities with names such as forehead bone fragments and the four Gandharvas walk in the sky, occupying eight places such as Pūrṇagiri and Malaya. The four Yakshas and four Rakshasas with names such as sprouts walk on the earth, occupying eight places such as Kamarupa (now Kamrup). The four Nagas and four Asuras with names such as great power walk under the earth, occupying eight places such as Pretapuri. After being subdued by the male and female deities of mind, speech, and body in order, their names and attire are made the same. Those who follow Zangkar say so, and there are corresponding contents in the commentary of the Compendium of Names. Therefore, for the subduers, the names are given in this way from the perspective of the place and what is being subdued, and there are other meanings of the names. The twenty-four spokes of the wheel are said to be twenty-four places in the Compendium of Names. The necessity is that for those places where the deities reside, as the external twenty-four places, and the male and female deities placed there, also generate firm faith and understanding that they are the true manifestations of the heroes and heroines residing in those places, and then meditate, then the deities of those places bless quickly, there is a great key point, so it is very important to do so. At the east, north, west, and south gates of the basic mandala, starting from the east, place the Crow-faced Mother, the Owl-faced Mother, the Dog-faced Mother, and the Pig-faced Mother in that order counterclockwise. At the fire, non-truth, wind, and powerful corners of the mandala, starting from the fire, clockwise in order are Yamaḍāṁḍī, that is, Death.
