. Make charnel grounds of trees, etc., as it is said. Quoted in the Vajra Garland: Outside that wheel place, trees, etc., are the eight charnel grounds. As it comes from the Chaggyur, in the proof change: Outside that surrounding area, in the center of that surrounding area, trees, etc., are the eight charnel grounds. As it comes out, the charnel ground is said to be outside the volcano. In the Man Nying: In the Vajra Tent, the Dharma arises surrounded by charnel grounds, with lotuses, and a multi-colored Vajra-abiding stacked house. Thus, within the Vajra fence, it is also said that there are charnel grounds. Shantipa also said: Within the Vajra fence, it is also said that there are charnel grounds. The so-called Vajra Tent is considered by Abhayakara to be the common general name for the protective wheel. The eight actual charnel grounds are from the Compendium of Origins: Fierce and violent, as well as thickets, Vajra blazing with bones, in the powerful, the unpleasant laughing, in the offering of food, the supreme auspicious, in the fierce darkness, in the absence of truth, the sound of Kili Kili in the direction of the wind. These are the eight that are spoken of. The second is dense thickets, the fifth is fiercely wild, haha wild, and the sixth is also called the Auspicious Grove, and these have many different names. The way they are located in places of corpses and bones, etc., is from the Compendium of Origins: Bones and pierced by spears, hanging and half-burnt and heads, skulls offering food heads upside down, oiled heads and bones. Thus, the skull of the head, and the bones of the offering of food, and other scattered bones, and unscattered bones, and corpses pierced by spears, etc., are spread out. Such eight places are the actual charnel grounds, and the remaining trees and directional guardians, etc., reside there, but are not the actual charnel grounds. The second is that in each of the eight charnel grounds, trees and directional guardians, nagas and lords of clouds, eight each, that is, four each, reside there. It is said in the Compendium of Origins. In the commentaries of Lavapa and Prajñārakṣita, there is no explanation of these. In the commentary on the Tathāgata Vajra, in addition to what was said earlier, the faces of the lords of their respective directions riding. Thus, the eight field guardians, and

The white stupa is located on the mountain, adorned by the eight great accomplished ones. Thus, it speaks of the stupa, the mountain, and the eight great accomplished ones. In the Vinaya Source, it is also said that the accomplished ones reside there without mentioning the number. In the Sambhuta, it speaks of eight trees and the eight directional guardians residing there. In the Manne, it fully speaks of eight field guardians, nagas, clouds, and stupas. The Brahmin Rinchen Dorje spoke of eight wisdom fires and eight compassion waters, and in the praise "Crown Jewel," it also speaks of these two, as well as the stupa, the eight great accomplished ones, and the eight feminine messengers. The eight trees are mentioned in the Vinaya Source: In the east, the Shirsha Ashva tree, Kangkel, especially the Chuta tree, Bata likewise, Karanja, Lada Parka Parthiba. Kangkel is the water tree, and Chuta is translated as Amra in some places. Bata is Nyagrodha, and Parthiba is also called Arjuna. For these, there seem to be various names in different texts. The eight directional guardians at the roots of the trees are: Yellow Indra, White Rabten, Yellow Wealth Giver Man, White Water God with seven-headed Makara, Blue Yama Buffalo, White Great Ishvara Bull, Red Fire God Goat, Blue Rakshasa naked, with a garland of human heads, Corpse, Smoky Wind God riding on Shavala, one face, four arms, the first two hands joined in prayer, the remaining right hands holding a vajra, a jewel-spitting mongoose, a snake lasso, a staff, a trident, a rosary and a skull cup, a sword, and a yellow banner, and the left hands holding a skull, embracing the consort, as explained in the Vinaya Source. All are adorned with precious jewels, and some say that the left hand embraces the consort, feeding her food. The eight field guardians who emerge halfway from the branches of the trees, as explained in the Manne and the Vinaya Source, each facing the mount of their respective directional guardian, in order: white, yellow, white, black, white, red, black, green, all of whom are fierce and violent, possessing great magical powers. The two hands are described in the Manne: "The upper half of the body is visible, with hands holding a skull."
