It is as it says, "Accomplished from beginningless time." As for "form," in the other two commentaries, it is translated as "essence" and "manner." The meaning is to show that Heruka and sentient beings are equally pure in essence. Then, the method of purifying speech is: the garland of vowels and consonants with Oṃ (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ) at the beginning and Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ) at the end, accompanied by five rays of light, completely encircles and abides, from which the assembly of deities of the three wheels arises. The commentary of Lawapa says that in order to destroy obstacles. Prajñārakṣita said: By reciting the mantra three times with five rays of light, making it completely encircle and abide, then arising as before, contemplate dispelling the obstacles. Some earlier versions also say this. In particular, in "Clarifying the Difference," it says that it arises from circling the center three times in a counterclockwise direction. Therefore, the place to circle is the direction of the center. The method of meditating on it is to think of circling at each time of reciting three times, and if you do so, it is consistent with the previous method. When the deities arise outward, contemplate entering from the right nostril and finally entering and dissolving from the left nostril. The necessity of purifying speech is: all mundane speech activities become pure. Here, Lawapa first did the yoga of purifying the three doors, and then, in response to the question of "How do you know to practice the immeasurable afterwards?" he said: It is known from the guru's instructions and the word "Yoga自在(zìzài)." The first meaning of what was said is: Although it is not explicitly stated in the treatise of Lūipa, it means to combine with the guru's instructions. The second meaning is: First, Yoga自在(zìzài) slightly mentions the phrase "First, with Yoga自在(zìzài)," its meaning is that first, with the yoga of purifying the three doors, one becomes Yoga自在(zìzài), and then one should practice the immeasurable with this, it can also be explained in this way, he thought. These are done according to the treatise of Lūipa, it is not that there is no clear basis from other treatises, practicing purifying the mind first is said in the Ocean of Dakinis. Purifying the body is: From the Vinaya Source it says: "Two hands joined with Heruka." It is very clearly stated that at the beginning of the manifestation of enlightenment practice, one should be joined with the yoga of two-handed Heruka. Commentary

Therefore, it is also said that (the master) meditates on the two hands together with the mother. Regarding the purification of speech, in the Sarvasamgraha, when discussing Āli (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) and Kāli (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), it says: "The yogi first recites, Heruka (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) and the mother become inseparable." This can be known from this. Some people cite the Root Tantra as the source of the purification of speech and mind, saying: "After reciting Āli (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) and Kāli (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), with emptiness, etc., as the preliminary." But this is not very clear, so the sources of these three purifications are the ones cited earlier, which are clearer and more appropriate. In the sadhana of Lui-pa, which was passed down from the Pamtingpa brothers, these three purifications seem to be both done and not done. However, it seems good that earlier scholars such as Mardo and some later scholars did them. These three purifications are not only in the sadhana of Lui-pa, but it should also be known that they are also in the sadhanas of Ghantapa and Krishnapa, etc., just as Manakashri applied them in the Ekavira-cakrasamvara mandala and Kshanti Shri also applied them in the thirteen-deity Samvarodaya. After meditating on the three purifications in this way, what should one meditate on? One should meditate on Brahma, that is, the state of Nirvana that is extremely pure, that is, one should meditate on the four immeasurables such as loving-kindness. It is also said that it is the cause of being born in the Brahma realm, that is, the ordinary Brahma. To summarize and meditate on the four immeasurables with sharp faculties is: "I will liberate all sentient beings from the suffering of samsara and place them in the great bliss that is one with Suchness." If one meditates on them separately, then liberating all sentient beings from suffering, placing them in great bliss, and wishing that the bliss already attained may be stable are, in order, compassion, loving-kindness, and joy. Equanimity is wishing to abide in oneness with Suchness. The Abhisamayalankara also speaks of meditating on these four immeasurables, and the Samvarodaya also says: "The thought of benefiting others is loving-kindness, compassion destroys the suffering of others, joy is being satisfied with the happiness of others, equanimity is being equal to other sentient beings." It means that being satisfied with oneself when others obtain happiness is joy, and wishing that other sentient beings have equanimity is equanimity. The necessity of meditating on these four immeasurables is that Lavapa said: "Generating Bodhicitta increases all roots of virtue." Therefore, it is immeasurable.
