The central spine of the back stands upright. It is said that the first is the hairline. The term "these" refers to both deities and the places where deities reside. The term "kha" refers to the root of the tongue, as previously explained. Himalaya is interpreted as the penis by Chak, and mar dos is translated as testicles. In Vajra Dakini, "water" is translated as "fingers." But in reality, in Man Nyer, "water" refers to the two sacs of the seed. In the "Nomenclature of Nomads," it should be translated as "son." Here, "fingers" generally refers to fingers, as it commonly appears in Vajra Dakini, Nomenclature, Conduct, and Sambhuta. Some former lamas believed in sixteen fingers excluding the four thumbs. But other lamas, in the commentary on Domjung and Vajra Dakini, explained it as toes, thus refuting that the former is unreasonable. However, in Man Nyer, it says, "Sixteen fingers in nagara are sdu gu ma myos byed dang tshil bu'o." It also says, "The thumb is the two thumbs on the feet, etc." Therefore, the thumb of the foot and "etc." must also include the thumb of the hand, so generally, although there are two thumbs, if divided, there are four, so it is not unreasonable to believe that Maru has four thumbs. The back of the foot is the ankle. The wheel of the body is also the same as before. The rest is, some have been explained, and what has not been explained is also easy to understand. The similarity between the outer and inner is that the rivers of places like Pullira in the outer world nourish those places, and the veins of places like the crown of the head in the inner world nourish teeth and nails, etc., causing them to grow, and these two are similar. The Vajra Seat in the outer world is the place of Bodh Gaya, and the Nairanjana River, similarly, the Vajra Seat in the inner world is the Great Bliss Wheel, and the Nairanjana is the dhūti. The third is, summarizing the previous meanings of support, supported, arising, etc.: Here, in the fourth foot, in chak 'gyur it says, "In an instant, one body changes." The "one body" mentioned here refers to the "one body," which is transformed into the one, that is, the indivisible body of the Bhagavan, which is called arising. If asked, how is it indivisible? Internally, the three wheels divided by the distinction of body, speech, and mind, and externally,

It means that O Ri, that is, the nature of the three, above the earth, on the earth, and below the earth, is inseparable and becomes one entity. Just as the meanings of the other two commentaries are clarified by clearly distinguishing them. From what does it arise? It arises from the nature of the three letters Oṃ, Āḥ, and Hūṃ. Prajñārakṣita said that it arises from that. That is the nāda previously placed in the sky. It fell on the moon, and through the way of complete transformation, it gradually arose in the form of Hūṃ of its own nature. From that, the nature of co-emergent joy fully arises as the body of Heruka. According to those explanations, Although initially there seems to be a nāda arising from the three letters placed in the sky, as previously said, when practicing emptiness, nāda arises from the emptiness of gradually absorbing the three letters. The phrase "from the nature of the three" appearing in Chaggyur is consistent with the commentary. "Instant" means arising without relying on hand seals, etc. Tathāgata Vajra also said the same, which seems to contradict the previous arising from hand seals in the context of Abhisamaya. The Lord of Yogis means to be complete as one with the Bhagavati Mother. Because the meaning of "yoga" also applies to union, when explaining its meaning, it is said to be in union with the consort. The one with the hand seal means only having the wisdom mother at the same time as oneself. "Instantaneous aspect" means not relying on hand seals, etc. The former said that after being so complete, it unites with the consort, which makes one wonder if it is gradual. The latter shows that it is complete at the same time, so the former and latter are not contradictory. The meaning of "From everywhere, everything is instantaneous" appearing in Chaggyur is: From everywhere means that everything that is dependent and supporting is all together, and instantaneous means complete at the same moment. This is also the basis for the simultaneous arising of the dependent and supporting. "Recite the mantra in an instant," the instant here is the same as before, and "in" means The mantra arising in an instant. In Lavapa's commentary and Prajñārakṣita's commentary rdog 'gyur, it is said that only at the same time as completion are the three mantras needed. Tathāgata Vajra said arising and time
