The transference (of consciousness at death) and entering a body (reincarnation). The first part has two points: placing the life-force in the central channel, thereby generating the four joys; and based on that, practicing the illusory body and clear light. The first part has two points: the inner condition is practicing tummo, and the outer condition is relying on karma mudra. The first part has two points: practicing tummo and then placing the life-force in the central channel, and the method of generating the four joys based on placing it in the central channel. The first part has two points: the method of practicing tummo, and the process of the life-force entering, abiding, and dissolving in the central channel through such practice. The first part has three points: practicing after clarifying the channels, practicing after clarifying the syllables, and the method of practicing vase breathing. The first part is: visualizing in the space in front of you the root guru together with the lineage gurus, surrounded by a host of heroes and heroines, offering body and possessions without attachment, making general prayers, and especially praying intensely for the arising of a special realization of comfortable breath, smooth channels, and the experience of bliss and emptiness. Then, thinking that in order to benefit all sentient beings as vast as the sky, in order to attain the state of Vajradhara, I will practice Chandali, and meditating with the mind of enlightenment inseparable from my being. Then, first visualizing oneself as the deity of one's choice, Sit on a meditation seat. Wear a meditation belt. Cross one leg over the other. Straighten the spine. Bend the neck slightly. Lower the eyes to the tip of the nose. Touch the tip of the tongue lightly to the palate. Keep the teeth and lips in their natural state. Slightly tighten the body and mind. Expand the chest. Make the mudra of equipoise below the navel. Clarifying the three channels is as follows: Four fingers below the navel opening, close to the spine inside the body, in the center is the central channel (Tibetan: རྩ་ཨ་བ་དྷཱུ་ཏཱི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: नाडी अवधूती, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: nāḍī avadhūtī, literal Chinese meaning: Avadhuti channel), on the right is the Roma channel, and on the left is the Kyangma channel, the three channels are like the life force of the four chakras, extending from the crown of the head to the crown chakra. As mentioned earlier, the Roma and Kyangma channels curve at the lower end and enter the central channel. Practicing in this way is to place the life force in དྷཱུ་ཏཱིར་ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, literal Chinese meaning), because they do not understand the necessity of practice, some people think that the three channels end about four fingers below the navel, and some people think that the Roma and Kyangma channels end there, which is not correct, in fact, they extend all the way to the tip of the jewel below, etc.

And, as it is said, (these channels) face upwards, opening in the center below the eyebrows, and on the left and right sides of the root of the nose. In the center of each of the four chakras, two Ro (Tibetan: རོ་) syllables intertwine with each other, embracing the central channel, and then extend straight upwards again. The thickness of the channels varies at times of practice and non-practice, so it is not definite. As for color, when the fierce fire blazes from the central channel, it will be like the color of a sesame oil lamp, as explained in the meaning of the Union Tantra, from the Ear-Whispered Garland. But before reaching that state, during practice, one should visualize the right side as red, the left side as white, and the center as blue. Then, one should clearly visualize the four chakras: the navel chakra is the emanation chakra, with an outer shape in the form of a downward-pointing triangle, with sixty-four channel petals, red in color, and opening upwards. These chakras only mention the rough number of petals, without detailed explanation, so here too, the unsaid is omitted. The heart is the Dharma chakra, with an outer shape in the form of a round Bam (Tibetan: བཾ་) syllable, with eight channel petals, white in color, and opening downwards. The throat is the enjoyment chakra, with an outer shape in the form of a round Bam (Tibetan: བཾ་) syllable, with sixteen channel petals, red in color, and opening upwards. The crown is the great bliss chakra, with an outer shape in the form of a downward-pointing triangle E (Tibetan: ཨེ་) syllable, with thirty-two channel petals, multi-colored, and opening downwards. Thus, visualize each pair of chakras as a method and wisdom union. That is, first clearly visualize the three channels, and after it is clear, while focusing on it, practice the clear appearance of the channels and the abiding of the mind on it, combining these two. When focusing, it is most important to focus on the dhūti (Sanskrit Romanization, central channel) where the three channels converge. Relying on it, clearly visualize the number of channel petals of each chakra, and focus on it. If through practice, the petals become clearer and clearer, and one is able to focus on it more and more, then do it. If one cannot clearly visualize the petals no matter what, then focus on the three channels themselves. For this, up to the heart chakra, visualize each one slightly clearly, and if one focuses for a long time instead of slightly, there is a great danger of obstacles arising, so most of the time focus on the three channels.
