Ḍā Ṭa Pha Hūṃ Hūṃ Kaṃ Ru Ru He He Vajra Śī Oṃ. The essence of the King of Wisdom is, the unborn will not become born. Then, Ṭā Pha Hūṃ Hrīṃ Hrīṃ Haṃ Oṃ, and the letters Vo and Yo, and the letters Moṃ and Hrīṃ itself, and the combination of Hūṃ and Phaṭ, are said to be the six Yoginīs. The wisdom of the Ḍākinī is great, the unborn will not become born. On the earth are four jewels, the mantra of the rosary is sacred. The wisdom of the Ḍākinī is great. The King of Wisdom, Heruka. From the words of glorious Heruka, the reversed essence, and the eighth chapter of the ritual of collecting the mantras of the six Yoginīs. With such a ritual, all siddhis will become fruitful. Just by remembering, one can kill.

我。能生火。能令地陷，能降冰雹，亦能止息。仅忆念便能生电。能令诸天之影像起舞。以何物所成，持彼名号念诵一遍，则彼之母即刻死亡。༈ 能享用所有土地。欲则能聚。于此世尊，不需苦行，不需行持与降伏。此法随欲而行。༈ 若怒而念诵一遍，则能杀灭百千。若以寂静念诵，则能令活。以坟场之炭念诵一遍，击中何者，则彼即刻堕落。于灰烬上完全念诵，施于何者，则彼即刻为食肉所缚。于坟场之炭上念诵一遍，于木板等物上书写任何星宿之名，则彼即为大曜所缚。于阿底目底之箭杆上念诵一遍，击中何者，则彼即刻如风般而来。于瓦砾上念诵一遍，触及何者，则彼僵硬。能往任何想去之处。于古古律之熏香上念诵一遍，和入香中，则能降临于一切有情。于手上念诵一遍而覆盖，则能令黑业所缠之时清凉。于空行母加持之水上念诵一遍，则能遣除彼。于卡拉维拉之嫩枝上念诵一遍，则能将胎儿移至任何想去之处。༈ 饮血荣光之秘密咒语是：不知而欲求成就，如愚者击鼓。此秘密咒语将变得无用。人将无法获得成就与安乐。若不了解此秘密咒语，瑜伽士欲求成就，彼之劳苦将毫无意义，无法获得果实。此秘密咒语能赐予一切所欲之成就。修行者知晓本尊所说之咒语与手印后，以饮食等祭品，以及宴会之美味等物，如法供养，即能获得成就。

I. I can generate fire. I can cause the earth to sink, I can bring down hail, and I can also stop it. By merely remembering, I can generate electricity. I can make the images of all the gods dance. By reciting the name of whatever it is made of once, the mother of that one will die immediately. ༈ One will enjoy all the lands. If desired, one can gather them. For this Bhagavan, there is no need for asceticism, no need for practice and subjugation. This Dharma can perform any desired action. ༈ If one recites it once in anger, one will kill hundreds of thousands. If one recites it peacefully, one will bring life. By reciting once over charcoal from a cemetery, whoever is struck will fall immediately. By completely reciting over ashes, whoever is given them will immediately be bound by meat-eating. By reciting once over charcoal from a cemetery and writing the name of any constellation on a plank or similar object, that one will be bound by a great planet. By reciting once over a reed of Atimukti, whoever is struck will come like the wind. By reciting once over a tile, whoever is touched will become stiff. One can go wherever one wants. By reciting once over gugul incense, if mixed into incense, it will descend upon all sentient beings. By reciting once over the hand and covering, it will cool down the time when one is seized by darkness. By reciting once over water blessed by Dakinis, it will dispel that. By reciting once over a twig of Karavira, one can move the fetus to any womb one desires. ༈ The secret mantra of the Blood-Drinking Glorious One is: wanting accomplishment without knowing is like a fool beating a drum. This secret mantra will become useless. People will not be able to obtain accomplishment and happiness. If one does not understand this secret mantra, and a yogi desires accomplishment, his labor will be meaningless, and he will not obtain the fruit. This secret mantra bestows all desired accomplishments. After the practitioner knows the mantra and mudra spoken by the deity, by properly offering food and drink and other offerings, as well as the flavors of feasts, one will obtain accomplishment.
